St. Petersburg drawbridge opening with music turns to be tourist draw

St. Petersburg is one of few places in the world to have daily openings of drawbridges. The Palace Bridge opens for about 3 hours in the early morning, and just recently, the bridge's opening has been accompanied by music, such as those by Tchaikovsky. It has turned out to be a popular tourist draw.
