    The timing of this video is everything, thank you for sharing your story, started as with a legal degree & ended up as a Flight attendant during Covid days decided to change careers, I’ve been in the process of trying to figure things out. Absolutely love being a Regional Flight attendant & had my f2f for mainline got the tbnt & Gods been showing me that there are things shifting for me as if he’s trying to direct me the right way. Im also a mommy & I crave stability & homemaking often. Things happen for a reason, I definitely don’t feel alone hearing your experience!
    Proud of you for having the courage & wisdom especially listening to the Lord.
    You definitely giving back! Needed to hear this, you have a purpose in life to bring light to others ❤

    Oooooo so I have a question…whhhyyyyy is it taking sooo long to get a training date once you have pre employment clearance with a mainline airline? I’m a CSA..and I left another airline to come on board so I was cleared on a lot of the requirements already. I’m seeing on boards that it’s taking 2 mos to get a start date?

    • @mamiesjourney
      @mamiesjourney  Před rokem +1

      That is such a great question! I think a lot of the training date assignments have more to do with the current travel climate and less to do with clearance at times. When the need for travel fluctuates, so does the hiring process unfortunately. Sometimes they hire faster than they can actually train people, so it causes a bit of a hold up. My first time around I received my training date within 2 weeks! The next time around during Covid, it took nearly 3 months😅

    Hi, how long does it take to get an answer after a face to face interview from a United Airlines flight attendant? They told us that responses will be sent within 1 week. I didn't get any response in return, what about you?

    • @mamiesjourney
      @mamiesjourney  Před rokem +3

      Hi there! I unfortunately am not too sure about the process for United since I didn’t fly for them. My airline let some of us know at the F2F if we got the CJO and others heard back a month later. The rule of thumb tends to be, if you haven’t heard a “thanks but no thanks”, then you are still being considered.

    Thank you for this video,you have such a soft and beautiful spirit and it reflects on the outside as well. I believe that’s what I need to hear right now that God’s timing is perfect. Becoming a flight attendant is definitely a desire of mine because it involves serving.I’m currently not sure if I should stay or go especially because of age (21)-But I do know God’s plan is best! I thank you for all your FA tips and tricks thus far it’s definitely appreciated especially coming from a woman of God🥰and may God continue to use you and your life story to bless others,it truly is beautiful!!!🥹❤️
