Like many people posting here, Adriene saved my life. I was overweight with fibromyalgia and severe mental issues. I was coming off a year on meth and trying to get disability. One day, 3 years ago, I came across one of her vids and just never stopped. I’ve been sober, have lost a ton of weight, found spirituality, sought the appropriate treatment for my mind, and gained meaningful employment. Mine and my families quality of life is a million times better than I ever imagined possible and I can trace it all back to the day I found Adriene. I hope she sees this and knows that she has changed my life FOREVER! 🤗 🥰

Does Adrienne realise that the effort of "showing up" is mainly because of who she is? I don't mean by this, because she is the famous Adrienne of "Yoga With Adrienne" but because of her simplicity, her natural way of making you feel part of her loved ones, her humour, her singing, and... of course her Benji!!! When Adrienne, in her classes, says "Breathe in Love" and Breathe out Love", and when you do you realise how your energy shifts straight away. And just a few sentence like these are enough to be of GREAT service to humanity Adrienne. Don't ever doubt it, but so good to keep on questioning yourself.

Exactly, there are tons of free ones out there, but I stuck around because she isn't too intense and into circus-trick yoga and/or acting holier-than-thou, and she doesn't take herself so seriously.
She has about 10million subscribers because she has something genuine to offer, its free, it serves her viewers,there.'s no ads, she is genuine .....some of the reasons she is so good 🙏
I love Adrian too but there are subliminal ads.....Adidas clothing. I appreciate that that's how she's able to keep it free and we've all got to eat. Personally I wouldn't have chosen to be sponsored by Adidas though

I feel like I'm more apt to purchasing someones merch or programs when I don't feel like it's being shoved down my throat. I'm not saying that to be nasty- just how I feel.

She seems to be the kind of person who doesn't think about rewards because she just wants to help people. Bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people, that is reality, we need to accept that. But be kind and mindful without expecting rewards and that is an authentic, good life.

Adriene’s yoga is so light and fun. I love when she randomly sings a song that pops in her head for saying a word. Reminds me of me and it makes me laugh and relax more. 💕

Her classes are helping me heal from codependency, feeling like I’m not enough, getting through a tough breakup, and starting a new routine where self care is my number one priority. She has been my teacher on and off for the last 6 years and I genuinely am inspired by her on a daily basis. She is a role model.

I am so proud of Adrienne I meet her in 1997 at Casa De Luz, and we had a community called "Healing In Yoga. She did service at a book store and eventually became a kid yoga teacher. My point is in this interview; she mentions community as a source of healing, not a product of herself. I was her teacher, and now she has the integrity to remain in the heart of yoga despite the fame. I found that students are so thirsty, and the technology of yoga is a solution to world healing. I have so many downloads to share from 40 years of teaching, and it has never been more loving and caring. I love to help you in any way, Adrienne, for your platform is a channel to Healing humanity through artful, loving technology of yoga scientific of breath, body, and mind.

I can only speak from my own experience, but I think we're heading in the right direction. I got into Yoga a couple of years ago, lost interest in doing it “seriously“ for a good while, but kept on doing my stretches. During the first lockdown last year I had a near-panic attack which I attributed to a lack of physical exercise, so I started doing Yoga seriously and daily. It first got me off of smoking, because I noticed an immediate drop in performance after even one cigarette a day and learned to appreciate the high after a good session way more. Next I noticed how I'm getting more flexible and that the asanas were getting easier. I also noticed how my mind got quieter and how I sometimes slipped into the same tranquility I only knew from meditation. What it led me to in the end, was to understand that my body is a part of the world and that this connectedness means I should also take care of the people around me.
Yes, there's this corporate push going on to capitalize on spirituality, but I think those companies are unknowingly pushing people into awakening, which will be not good for their profits in the long run. If people learn to see the beauty in themselves and the world, they won't be obliging consumers anymore. Don't tell that to the advertisers though.

Adriene has been getting me on my knees every day this year. I discovered her back in 2016 and dipped in and out of her lessons on a very irregular basis over the next few years; but this year, she truly made a difference to me and helped me grow strong again after getting the virus. I felt like shit but she (and Benji) helped my mind and body rejuvenate. I’m almost 60 years old but feel considerably younger and stronger than before even though I’ve only been practising for less than 6months. Adrienne is the best. I found her mid-pandemic and she saved my health. I was working many hours from home and all that sitting really did my hips and legs a disfavor. I started doing "yogawithadrienne" years ago after an injury in a bikram yoga class where they really push you if you let them & I already pushed myself hard. With Adrienne there was no sense of competition & I work at my own pace & have learned to not push myself so hard which has translated to every aspect of my life. I met her in Seattle at a road show. I now live in New Mexico. I hope she does another road show && comes to Santa Fe...please and now I breathe.

Like so many people here...doing yoga with Adriene helped save my life as well. I used to poopoo yoga (and might still if i hadn't found her in particular). Long story short, I decided to try it as a last ditch effort to regain my life and my breath back. It worked! My anxiety, my aches and pains, dealing with ptsd and loss..it all became easier to manage. As a bonus, I've become physically stronger than I ever had been! Love you Adriene!

adriene has been a rock for me for a long time now, i have real love for her like a friend and a role model and a mentor. i've learned so much from her, and she's picked me up so many times. it's a really life changing discipline, it blows mind again and again. and i'm so thankful she introduced me to it, she's an amazing teacher and mentor.
Im with Adrienne, I dig all the different styles of yoga, I think there is a place for all of them, your own personal practice continuously grows and changes, something may happen in life where you need to adapt to a different style, you may really dislike a particular style and absolutely love another, and a particular style may be what inspires some one new to yoga to give it a go and eventually grow and evolve on their own yoga journey, I dont believe there is a right way to do yoga, everyone is different so whatever brings more people to the mat in whatever style that may be i say embrace it
