Surprise Wedding Engagement.

In partnership with newspaper reporter, Tom Horgen, Josh Carter worked up a plan that the local newspaper was doing a story on couples who live in the North Loop of Minneapolis - a story titled, "Falling in Love with and in the North Loop." It all started with tweet to the couple and then followed with a series of emails saying they've added a video piece to the story. A camera crew followed the couple around their loft and the neighborhood the morning of Jan. 23. They did a sit down interview for 20 mins and suddenly the reporter pretended he got a call that he had to answer so left the room... video camera still rolling, captured Josh asking Sarah to marry him. She said yes!
