    教えてください
    1.5度位をテキトーに振って、ダイヤルゲージで振れていないかを確認後、センター側に手送りハンドルで走らせて マイナス3/100 ならモールテーパの4番の角度で間違いないと確認すればいいのでしょうか? 1° 29′ 15″を慎重に適当に傾けないとモールステーパにならないでしょうか。

    • @SwaplampJapan
      @SwaplampJapan  Před 10 měsíci +1

      ご視聴いただきありがとうございます。
      テーパー合わせは正確に行う必要があるので動画でもダイヤルは1目盛りが1/1000の物で確認しています。
      動画のようにテーパ部分の端から端まで3/1000程度の誤差ならモールステーパとして使用できました。

    こんにちはスワップさん、僕は先生*の動画を見てから、機械加工にと日本語にもっと上手より十二月。I mean 先生 as more polite term for not natural ”あなた”, hope that I wrote upper sentence well. Did I any mistakes? I would expect only honne :)

    • @nerokuwa4607
      @nerokuwa4607 Před rokem +1

      Did You used insert for finish with 0,2 mm radius of corner?

    • @SwaplampJapan
      @SwaplampJapan  Před rokem +2

      Thank you for watching.
      The first half of the sentence is very natural.
      The second half of the sentence is a little confusing.
      機械加工と日本語が十二月よりもっと上手になった。
      If it is not in the above order, it may not make sense.
      ”先生” is a word used for people with particularly excellent knowledge and skills, and confident people are happy to be called that, but it is also used for ironic purposes to demean arrogant people, so be careful.

    • @SwaplampJapan
      @SwaplampJapan  Před rokem +1

      That's right. For finishing, I used an insert with a nose radius of 0.2mm.

    • @nerokuwa4607
      @nerokuwa4607 Před rokem +1

      @@SwaplampJapan Thank You for helpful counsels, I used 先生 term, because in my textbooks is written, that "あなた" is designed for especially case(for example: If we do not know a name of our interlocutor), but when I talk with unkown for me person which is great in certain field, I think i ought use 先生. If I know his name, I'll call him with his name and adequate suffix, nonetheless what I can do if I do not know his name, while he deserves for calling him 先生? Supposing existing many rude phrase like "てめえ"、"お前"、"貴様". As casual words I found only 2 acceptable ways to say "You", "お前さん"、"あんたさん".

    • @SwaplampJapan
      @SwaplampJapan  Před rokem

      @@nerokuwa4607
      You understand very well.
      I think it's okay to use "先生" because you can't make a mistake in calling "先生".
      In recent years, as long as there is no direct hierarchical relationship, there is no problem in calling anyone "あなた".

      This lathe was manufactured by specially reproducing a past mass-produced lathe, so it cost 8 million yen.
      When it was mass-produced, it was available for 3.5 million yen.
      Nowadays, it is common to buy second-hand, with good condition ones selling for 800,000 yen, and badly used ones selling for around 150,000 yen.
