Hey bestie , I have the same issues wt my dad always been inconsistent and just didn’t do right by me & im the only child ! Haven’t spoke to him in about a year and we in the same city it’s heartbreaking cus it’s like why my own dad treating me like this & I was questioning if I didn’t some wrong & I Didn’t . Friend my biological family is the same way about me and my daughters. The only time the showed interest was when my 21yr old announced she was pregnant and they only inquired to be nosey because they missed her whole wedding a year before. You are not doing too much to say you want to do therapy! Do what you need to do for your mental health. I’m my dad’s oldest and my daughter is his first grandchild and my son is his only grandson… I don’t even try anymore with his side. I’m close to one of my sisters but always received excuses when it came to his mom showing up for my kids. I graduated college she never called nor congratulated me then showed up for my niece dance recital. I broke my back to go see her and spend time with her I let go and am moving on for my mental health! My in laws show up and out for myself and my kids.
On another note DCC is crazy bc why all these ppl make sooooo much money and they pay the cheerleaders Pennie’s?!?! Absolutely not they need to do better!
