Easy Saucy Thyme Pan Fried Fish Fillet

- Quick and easy bomb fish fillet recipe that will have you licking your fork.
This recipe serves 2.
Ingredients List For The Sauce
1 onion diced
2 tomatoes diced
2 tsps of ginger & garlic paste (4 cloves of garlic + 1/2 thumb of ginger)
10 - 12 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 tsp of mixed spices
1 & 1/2 tsps of tomato paste
1 cup of hot water (that you'll add Into the sauce gradually. The water will help you control how saucy you want the stew.)
Salt to taste

1 & 1/2 tbsps of all purpose flour
3/4 tsp of paprika
1 & 1/2 tsps of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Salt to taste
6.4 oz of fish fillet
3 tbsps of Cooking oil

My mum bought this really big fish fillet from Naivas yermsterday and she wants Mee to prepare it. I know how to cook tilapia, dry fish, all the usuals, but for some reason, the fish fillet looks like it could be tricky so here I am 😅. I will be back with my results 😅😅😅
