Physicx was unbelievable throughout the early to mid 2000s. One of the greatest pioneers of B-Boying in the 21st century. Sadly I think because his style was heavily centered on high level power moves, it left a toll on his body. He will always be a legend.

Physicx light shined brightly, even if it didnt shine for long. His moves and dancing inspired an entire generation to try to create new moves and dance in new ways. He was the standard for korean power. Hes inspired so many kids to pick up breaking. He was so good that his body physically could not keep up with him. I really hope hes doing well and he knows that the bboy community loves him.
Physics, if you read this then keep being a bboy. Never doubt yourself. You are part of the reason why break dancing is still alive. I respect and enjoy your performance and you're also doing very good for your age. Much love

@@AndreiChera that's not how polio works. it affects the nerves/neurons that attach to the muscles, which causes either muscle weakness/atrophy or paralysis. Like if you don't use muscle actively or have an inability to, then the muscle tissue will shrink/decay over time.

Forever grateful, I was looking up to these guys a long long time ago when they were battling each other in Ground Control. Amazing exchange still, Junior came more constructed with a lot set of moves and didn't repeat himself like a few years back. Physicx became more fluid and also more fundamental! True masters of their craft.
Physicx is definitly a legend, and respectively will be known as one of the best of all time, even his crew, Rivers Crew with other great and memorable bboys, like Bboy Born (and his footwork) are legendary.
But physicx was out of the scene for nearly 5 years not battling, and he knows mentally and perhaps physically he isn't prepaired for the heavy hitters as he once was. Even Junior who was Physicx equal back in the day could tell physicx wasn't in the battle mentally, hence juniors shout outs to physicx etc. But respect, Physicx is probably going some issues like all adults go through, and if he wants to, can perhaps get back into top shape again, dishing out ill moves. Physicx won bomb jam 2016, he was dope in it!

Junior wasnt his equal, check their battle from about 2006 ~ junior was always like physicx but with 1/4 of the moves.
Junior was never really his equal, though. Well, nowadays he is, but at their primes he wasn't.

He went to the army which ended his prime, and he also developed some sort of genetic disease which made him lose a lot of his muscle. He won't be back dude, I think he's in his mid 30s now. He's already made history in the bboy world so I don't think he'll be coming off the judge seat.
These two are so respectful, and they are one of the best. True champs

2 Legends, but this exhibition actually made me sad. You can tell Physicx isn't in it. Time changes all things. I will forever remember 2004-2006 for these fine men.
It's confusing when you're young and you see older bboys fall off. It's like, don't they care about the dance anymore? Did they lose their passion? Then you get older and it all starts to make sense. Your body starts to fail you past a certain point. It's unfortunate, but true. You have to have a deep love for the dance to keep up with it when you're 30+ (and even late twenties). These guys have it, respect to them for putting it all on the floor.
Bboy Physicx had a major shoulder surgery back in 2007 and ever since then he didn't compete in the big competitions. To continue bboying he had to change his entire style by adjusting or eliminating his many signature power moves.

Agreed. B-Boying is an extremely intense physical activity, you simply can’t do it at the highest level forever. Taisuke stopped competing at BC One four years ago and he’s only just turning 30 this year.
To me both are legends. Yes Bboy physicx's disabled from years of bboying but don't forget about Junior. He came into the world of bboying disabled.

Junior has a stunted leg. In legal terms he is disabled but in terms of bboying it does not give him a disadvantage. Possible a slight advantage
@@roggy12345 Definitely not a slight advantage. Slight disadvantage coz he has to account for the centre of gravity displacement that his stunted leg causes, but not that much of one. He clearly accounted for and rectified that but not any advantage made.
physicx is legend and he has 8 screws inside his body. 4 in his shoulder and 2in his spine and 2 in his neck. THATS how much he use to practice. Than he rehabilitate for 2 years than wennt to the army right after for another 2 years lol dude is a beast. He also had depression after the injury but slowly making a comeback. No matter what he is living legend just like hong10 and born and physicx .

So Junior has massively improved since their battle in 2006, he seems more like a complete bboy now not just a powerhouse (his strength is still insane) and he is the clear winner of this battle, however Physicx will always be my favorite bboy of all time because of the things he has done in his younger (prime) years, to me he is a living legend and you can tell that these past years have really taken their toll on him. Mad respect to both of these guys for still standing there giving everything they've got at this age just to entertain us. 👊🏼

Man after last year's bomb jam I thought Physicx got his moves back, but it seems like I was wrong. Much respect to the man but it's gut-wrenching to watch him struggle like this.
Junior on the other hand has improved quite a lot since his younger days. Still doing that gravity defying stuff at his age is immensely impressive.
You are not being fair. Physicx had serious injuries. He will never be back. And I am surprised and proud that he does so well. You can see the ages in face, even tho he is young.

Physiques style has a small run way. He had his time. He proved himself as one of the best I the world. Not easy to do. And he did it while being original and inspired a new generation. Not a lot of people can say that.
term nope.. he got most of his signature moves from b.boy machine,jumping to handstand to handstand and flip. the head slide. the power moves (junior" one hand captin America round round house kick.) check it out marvel vs capcom hard kick .. I'm not taking anything away from him he's a great amazing b.boy.. he's the only one the can do those very difficult moves in this best ability.. he is one of the best b boys respect

PhysicX define the way we think about powermove and stylemove where we can mix them both together to form new style during power move.
Anyway, his moves were always risky when he was that young.

I'm 44 years old and I was breaking in '84 and I was still a latecomer. tbh b boying has mutated so much from its original roots that it's almost unrecognisable. Up rocking is almost a lost art,as you can see here....physicx looked like he was on valium when he was doing any footwork..no energy at all! Rocking a beat and actually"dancing" is non existent!! Everything seems to be a prelude to throwing in some airfares and powermoves that are completely out of sync with the music then wrapping your legs behind your head and rolling around on the floor like a spastic! There are so many elements to b boying too and no one thinks to put them together and be a complete package. Breaking,locking, animation,popping etc. And people just seem to stick to one and that's it. How refreshing to see a set where someone combines the lot and uses a bit of creativity to put together a "dance" routine rather than 5 minutes of some twat like Hoan doing the same moves over and over and someone like junior doing the same moves over and over,don't even get me started on Salah!!! Sorry but b boying has got worse as a spectacle....the style has just gone. People u Der the age of 40 won't get it and I know I'll get a ton of shit but it's true.
