    It is great to hear that the first thing to do is to allow whatever is there at the moment. By doing so you are not attachted to anything. My tip is to experience this freedom and to choose to focus on relaxation. In the emptiness you will find your consciousness that knows what is good for you. I suggest not to choose from your mind since it is very possible you will choose something familiar. This means you are not creating a new future. Your consciousness is always a high vibration. Hope I this can be a help for people. Discover your Self and enjoy.

    Thank you Natalie, I also use nature and my Chihuahuas to shift my emotions, walks and leaving any low vibration situation. I learned the power of OM chant 9 months ago through my incredible knowledgeable and humble yoga instructor for those times I'm not able to use nature or leave house. Especially during this time. Also, incorporating simple yoga positions like the feet in 90° with heels above hips immediately moves vibrations to higher frequency ♡I will hold one of my fav rose quartz crystals and also use affirmations from Power Of Positive Thinking book, will open up a page in The Secret book after closing my eyes & doing 3 yoga breaths. So many simple ways to change the channel to feel better. ♡

    This is a very inspiring post that I am able to align with some of the local sayings and practices. You rightly point out that the ride is akin to emotions, and it can reverse or prevent a down turn.
    Just as you advocate it for mentoring upliftment, perhaps it could also be applied as a corrective therapy welcoming voluntary accessibility for those in anguish and emotional hurt. Perhaps such neglected and marginalized events have butterfly effect to culminate in incidents like Nashville.
    Thank you, Natalie, for everything you put together for your subjects. May be you have a bigger role as Social Reformist on National scale!

      Yes my fiancé did that a lot and died at 52 from a stroke so I guess there is fallout from forcing your brain rather than doing it the normal way of daily meditation.
      Don’t do the one that speeds up ascension.

    I listened to your video ; the thing is I do havre those steps in my life, doing things for others, thankful for what. I have. I don’t suffer 17,18 and 19, I laugh and joke al lot. But it’s underneath all these and emotions and happy face that my negative thoughts loiter. No drive at all. What do I do ? Sharon

      Also Dauchsy on youtube is Excellent. He creates sleep meditations that will change your life.

      Thank you, Natalie, it is great to hear you coordinate with Abraham Hicks.
      One thing that helps me shift my energy and mood is color.! Either painting or fabrics or perusing color chips, the frequencies elevate me and make me feel so fundamentally happy. In fact, am going to offer a workshop on this!

    3:00 I remember just hearing that for the first time this week from the deliberate creation DVD. I was so relieved cause I would have a bunch of people just telling me you gotta just make a decision to be happy NOW and do things you love and lots of "come on" energy after a loss. The expectation was so uncomfortable and when you're low, you're really low. Having just experienced this, I wish I had someone apply this much more logical, gradual approach! And it would just piss me the f$$k off. It was just as Abraham says, it's *WAAAAY* too much of a quantum leap. And bad advice. Shame on ya'll 😆
