Ty Taylor sings at his birthday party

I don't know the name of this song.. Ty had been giving a beautiful thank you speech after all the performances. When he started to sing I finally said to myself - video this! It's only a partial and it's the only thing I recorded. (It's also the first video from my new cell phone) What an amazing night.
