3 years later...chinos, leather jacket, brown boots I'm definitely styling. Live in about four pairs of selvedge jeans and different stages of their fade journey, and while I may think that's cool, I'm over cooking it.

Hey Parker - another set of great tips! Was wondering if you had any good recommendations on chino pant brands? Noticed in your many videos that the fit on yours always looks perfect - not skinny but slimmer than the traditional slim fits from the likes of club Monaco, bonobos, banana republic...

Tbh I’m loving the slim straight chinos from Walmart. George brand. Only like $15 - otherwise I like Gap or J Crew as they have a range of fits

Whenever i wear chinos pants it always looks loose on the ankle area

Yeah it’s a slim fit. Try Gap’s skinny fit and you can also get them tailored for like $12-$15

It’s up to you. I like no break or a very small one personally
Oddly enough, exotic cowboy boots and chinos can be pulled off down here in Texas. It’s a common look for frat boys down here as well.

I still don't know the difference between chinos and trousers. Every source just says trousers are more formal but doesn't actually tell me the difference.
The difference is the material most chinos are made of cotten.
Material and weight. Chinos tend to be made of cotton blends while trousers are made of wool or wool blends. This gives them a different look and feel.
