I’ve barely made it 30 seconds and I just have to comment! First, that lip stain is such a gorgeous colour on you! Second, your energy as a person is just so calming and joyful, even when sharing about things that are harder to open up about and experience. I appreciate your channel for just being so real and enjoy being able to just journey through life with you!
I was feeling the same way!!The combination off life circumstances like moving- I too moved in July 23 which came with unexpected issues that all worked out but filming/creating content on top of everything else that goes on is a lot sometimes… I get frustrated because I use to upload all the fricken time - working full time, daily responsibilities, pouring into my marriage! I truly don’t know how I did it all?!! Currently creating a happy balance! Sending Good Vibes 🙌🏽🤍💫
I’m not sure if you already mentioned this but if you can swing it, it may be worth just investing in a home gym! Having to only go downstairs for a good workout made me so much more consistent! Love your videos ❤
Honestly that's the goal! But I wanna make the weight room in the garage and Rh be garage needs to be renovated so it's kind of on pause until that can happen first 😅

(totally can relate though) 😂 one time i was just so out of it i put the TV remote in the fridge, oyyyyyyy. have a wonderful week beautiful!
Really understand the 2 homes things. Or your heart being in two places. I moved across Canada and left all my friends at home and it’s so hard being away even after 4 years. I get it. It gets easier to live with. And your true friends will always stay in touch. Anyway sending love Selena ❤❤❤

So I know a pet is a big responsibility….but I just loved hearing how happy it made you to see the puppy (I call all dogs puppies lol) at the Airbnb, the joy in your voice 🥲 so sweet, have you thought of getting a fur baby 😊?
HI Selena. Hope you are able to get out of your rut! I recently (as in a few days ago) had bariatric surgery and am on the mend. The pain is finally starting to subside and I'm actually starting to lose weight after all the swelling wore off so I'm pretty excited about that! Loved the video, glad you got to spend some quality time with your cousins!
Love all your content, Selena! Question about producing your own videos. Any chance you can do a tutorial about that? I love the style you have in your videos. I'm finding myself needing a career reset, so I'm focusing on building new skills and editing/producing videos like this would be great. You would be a lovely teacher. :)

I love that the Paris Baguette you all went to had their unwrapped treats encased…my local one just has them out in the open. 😅 Also, shoutout your cousin for picking such a great place. So beautiful and serene! I loved the spin classes at my gym!! I just don't think I can do them rn bc of my injury, since there's a lot of leaning forward! But once I'm healed, heck yeah! I used to go to the morning spin classes with my bf 😭

Pilates is great for your back health. I started just a month ago and my back feels so much better.
