Ultimate:
To unlock the extra round (only JPN version), you need to finish the fight with the double special attack without losing one member of your team.
3 double finishers: you fight with Iron Zangief or Armor Spiderman (50k points)
4 double finishers: you fight with US Agent or Mephisto (50k points)
5 DF: you fight with Shadow (Mech-Nash) or Evil Sakura (100k points)

Actually, for you to fight Dark Sakura and Akuma before Stage 6, you must finish the fight with Double Team Attack 6 times.
5 times will only appear with Shadow and Vega (Bison). To complete it, a challenger (Player 2) must join in and that is where the 6th Double Team attack finish will come from.
And yes, only available in Japan version

Akuma já apela desde sua 1 aparição em Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo The Ultimate Championship, depois vem na Zero, Zero 2 e Zero 3 como Shin Akuma e pra piorar vem o Cyber Akuma nesse jogo. Esse sim é um mestre ultra apelão num crossover comparado aos mestres do Marvel vs Capcom.

I have never seen this hidden fight before with mech zangief, how is it triggered? Can't find anything on google
You have to a number of fights with specific combos (I don't remember if those are the Variable or Standard super combos). Also, you need some non-cpu fights too, the 'press start' thing.
This only occurs in the Japanese version. You will need to use cross-over team specials and KO the opponent this way without losing (which means also not getting one of your characters KO'd). Do this about 4 to 5 times before Stage 6. It's just like Marvel vs. Capcom 1.
I only know since most endings were removed in Euro / USA version. If only Fightcade allows the Japanese version of this game...
