Do an experiment. Plug a wireless unit into the headphone jack (or a cable) with an adapter and plug it to the fx return of an amo an cab. Maybe a bit crazy but if you can use it as a backup rig

I'm using Boss stuff since their day one ... I started with a Tube Screamer and a list of other pedals back in the 70' ...they've always been far ahead with their technology (I still miss their old GS-10 which I still have but it's dead now). Then the Katana took over the COSM Technology which wasn't bad at all and for practicing on the fly I then purchased a Katana Mini some 4 or 5 years ago which I still use every evening in these days. Now this one ...which I already ordered after 5 minutes watching the first video....one never knows when I'm on the move ...or at the beach 🙂
Um, pretty sure Tube Screamers were (and are) Ibanez (or Maxon), not Boss!
Boss doesn't make a Tube Screamer.
How cool, there seem like a bunch of these little things out on the market, but if I was to buy one a BOSS created one would be it. You sort of know it's gonna be very usable.
Oh man! I could practice with that thing to your backing tracks and be in Nirvana. ❤😂❤.. It sounds great like all the Katanas do to me. The Katana I think is as good as any Tune amp to me... Love my Katana 50 watt amp. That thing would be great to record with ! Very cool and the modulation or effects sounded great you were using. Very cool. Now I have to get one. I trust Boss products. They've always been good to me.
Loving that God top DGT. Best value out there for a new guitar today IMHO. I understand it has Jumbo frets too instead of the medium Jumbos like most PRS guitars have which I think is aust for me. I like the frets to be rail road size for that scalloped feel. 😂❤..

What kind of headphones are you using?
I have akg k240s. I've used them with plug ins, real amps running through a captor x, and a spark 40. They're okay, but i can never seem to find a headphone solution i really "love" with them. Sometimes i wonder if better phones would help.

I’ve been using a set of Waza Airs for the last couple of years and this looks like an improvement in three ways:
1. Better app layout
2. One less rechargeable battery to worry about
3. Cheaper.

Leon likes it then I like it. The Katana Go is amazing especially if you cannot afford all the gear that you see everyday or have to practice with headphones like myself. I highly recommend this product to anyone if you want to get an idea of how some of these effects and amp sounds work with each other. You can change the chain if effects and shape a multitude of sounds for your needs. I have 2 of these and they are fantastic. 💯🤘🎸

Does it capture voice recording thru TRRS headset say when you are doing online streaming on online lesson?
How do you send the audio from the tablet out of the go? tones are great i cant figure out how to play along to the opening jam with my K-GO
Can you use the "pitch shifter" effect of this unit to lower guitar tuning such as from standard E to standard C ?
Does this allow to use wireless/bluetooth headphones? The boss site says for the product that it does not support connection to bluetooth speakers so I think wireless headphones wpuld not work either, which is a drawback for me. That would be the only thing missing on this product...

Silly question time. If I did actually want to ' move some air ' and connect to my little fender sidekick 24 combo amp, how would I do it and with what cables
On the back of my amp I just have 3 inputs labelled ' headphones' , ''pre-amp output ' and ' Main amp input '.

In the 80's & 90's I owned two Rockmans and a Zoom 9002. Cool compact gear that was fine w/headphones but they were all bad ideas to used amped. Hissy and noisy! We have progressed leaps and bounds where much of this budget bedroom gear can be used live.
Hi Leon. Is the reverb in stereo? I didn’t love the ambience feature on the Waza headphones so that would be super important for me when playing through headphones.

Quick question... how does it compare to Boss Waza-Air?
I currently have the old NUX Mighty Plug. I wonder how the two compare particularly in respect of the quality of the effects and amps. If I were to get the Boss Go I'd want to make sure it's definitely an upgrade as opposed to a bit sideways.
As an aside it's always amazed me why Boss didn't have the ability to edit the tones via a Bluetooth app on the normal physical amps. Having to physically plug it in seems backwards

Wow, this would’ve been absolutely incredible for in-dorm practice when I was in college. I used to use a little mini Vox headphone amp, but uh, to put it lightly, it sounded like absolute balls and the build quality was awful. This modern Boss equivalent sounds so, SO good, and not even just in comparison.
I really need this or something like it. I never get to play through my frfr’s bc of where i am and helix sounds terrible through my headphones.
This is the coolest headphone amp since the original Rockman.

far as i can tell you can stream any audio into it through bluetooth like a regular BT speaker. shame theres no aux input though
update - i own one now and it receives all audio (youtube, spotify, instagram, photos app whatever) but only from iphone, no bluetooth for pc. dont even need the app to have audio pass through the stage feel thing which is nice

I’ve ordered one because I’m lazy. Pulling out the pedalboard and big amp was too much hassle so I started using GarageBand but the cables and iRig annoyed me. So bought a Blackstar HT-1. But then I missed having effects so bought a few extra pedals but then they were hassle. So I bought a Boss ME-80. But that was too much trouble as well. So onto the Katana Go. I’m this 👌close to buying a Nova Go or a Pignose 😂

Interesting, when you were moving the guitar position around at the 10:50 mark the guitar was coming out of the opposite side of my headphones. I wonder where the flip occurred. And yes the headset was on the right way :P

i didnt really like it,until i hooked up to the app, got it sounding amazing ,,for a 119.00 wow pretty cool ,,i did find out that my guitar sounds the best with the coils split for some reason it sounds super good on the single coil ,,weird to me gibson les paul studio with coil splits

I bought it and I will say that they advertise complete rubbish 10 times worse than the boss pocket, why did the boss release something that is no longer relevant, it could have been made more interesting with more effects and more adjustments for the effects, and this is already the last century; there is no need to advertise good things, people will understand for themselves and they advertise rubbish
