Fr man i've seen how you guys there like big interior trucks but its difficult to use long nose trucks in urban areas (specifically those with tight streets) so now scania have solved your problem, a flat face with a customizable living area!
You are not the only one! And yes, this is the ex Michael Kramer Scania r730 xXx (pronounced as Triple X, both truck and later also a 2x-20ft-container-split-trailer got styled after the movie - and film series - with the same name). The Cabine of this truck was stretched, but not as much or in such great lenghts as the official Scania Longline cab's and similar rebuilds (so Mini Longline as noted by @Ki ki). Shortly after winning the title of 'Most beautiful truck of the Netherlands 2012' at the 'Truckstar Festival' it got sold to the Swedish company Laröd Akeri. There it pulled an (also similar themed) exXxtra long trailer for 'Stena Stahl' (Stena Steel-company). After an accident (rollover) around 2016(?) or (at least) before 2018 it ended up like this, after a rebuild in German ownership.
