I haven't read the high republic stuff but I have listened to summarys of some of the books Yoda was off world doing various mission throughout that time so I would say its extremely likely someone will mention he is off doing a mission

Jedi chose to leave Mae (assuming she would die) on her planet because she was prone to the dark side... Jedi take the twin who has potential, saying Mae had died in attack. Dark side comes and swoops Mae, and tell her osha was killed by said Jedi. Just a thought.
Gotta theory for the show, I think that osha never had a twin to begin with. There’s a moment where yord says osha’s file doesn’t mention she has a twin. Sol gets a close up where he kinda looks around to think up a lie to get out of the questions, then changes the subject. Also we have no idea how long the second Jedi master had been dead so technically osha could’ve slipped away at some point. And the only time we see them together is when they are alone. I’m thinking she burnt down her family home but the Jedi thought she could be the chosen one so they tried to mind wipe her into thinking she had an evil sister and lead her to a path of light. And maybe she is so powerful with the dark side of the force that she used mind tricks the one prisoner by himself to tell them she was innocent. I don’t know how possible this is with force abilities but, at least to me, her just having an evil twin feels too straightforward

Confirmed. Good start. Wasn’t expecting the world in this show but I’m happy with it. I think the fight scenes are sooo much better than Ashoka. Might be on an island on that take.
Scared about the Wookie Jedi though. More afraid about that than the whip.

Overall I enjoyed the first two episodes. There were a few things that made me laugh and kind of took me out of it. I don’t really understand the woke comments either.
These two are only worth watching when Jose Youngs is here as a guest. At least he gives honest pros and cons to any/every nerd movies, TV shows, and/or comics.
No wonder Rob and Clem don't hit their numbers or get the subscribers they wish for. They're both shills who swindle everything from Disney. When was the last time these two criticized anything from Marvel/Star Wars? They both even got cucked and bent the knee to Gia and praising the Barbie movie. Everyone here should do yourself a favor, and watch shorter (3-10% of My Mom's Basement videos time) videos + more straight to the point/honest reviews from Critical Drinker, Nerdrotic, Jeremy Jahns, Ryan Kinel, Tyrone Magnus, Yellow Flash2, or Cosmic Wonder. These CZcams reviewers are batting .895 with good, bad, or meh movies/TV shows/video games, while Rob and Clem are batting .112.

Typically not a fan of Disney’s “wokeness” but I simply didn’t feel that in these episodes. Other than the fact Osha mentioned she had 2 moms(which was 2 seconds and completely irrelevant) there’s not much that’s “woke” from what I can tell. Most annoying thing was the fire crackling sound in space 😂 but that’s also not a big deal. People are just being lame af complaining like whiny bitches

this is not a good show, how do you have a jedi show and not do a single light saber fight to kick off said jedi show? Also this is not a lower budget show lol, the budget is astronomical haha

@@MyMomsBasementwithRobbieFox the jedi are also at a different point in their history. Lightsaber dueling isnt commonplace. It's shown as old timey spectacle during the High Republic.
