Never knew it was a thing
Def the most instructive video I've seen on this mystical exercise. Simplified into 3 key lessons. You're a gem Mike!
This is 100 times harder than it looks, he makes it flow so smooth, amazing.
Muito bom esse movimento!
Cheers Mike!

Finally ...youtuber!
Mike!
I am very excited!
Thank you Vittorio! I'm so excited to bring you this information!
Great explanation and breakdown! 💯
Excellent video from the BEST of the best in kettlebells! 💪 Love me some gorilla cleans and gorilla snatches. Always appreciate how thoroughly detailed and “precision engineered” your instruction is - especially when it comes to breathing, body mechanics & proper form, progression drills, etc. All of that stuff is super important to maximize output, while also minimizing injury. Those side-by-sides are awesome!
p.s.You forgot to add “kettlebell master of sport” along with performance coach in that intro / tagline. Gotta let these new CZcams viewers know what’s up ;)
Dude you're explanation is fuckn amazing!
Thanks for sharing this and I hope Millions of people will buy your program ;)
Much Love,
Nico

You are so welcome Brian! Super happy to put this together and excited it will support your journey with bells!
Great video and tutorial-- this looks brutal
Thank you! It sure is challenging!
This is the exact technique I've been searching for validation with and tips for. Fucking gold. Thanks Mike
Thanks for the video! Nice presentation!
I wonder if you could advise on how you should build a program for this exercise? I mean, should we do several sets of fixed repetitions? Or train using a timer? Should it be an additional exercise or should we put it in the main part of a training?
Gorilla Cleans are easily in my top 3 favorite KB exercises of all time. Of all the CZcams kettlebell coaches/ instructional videos, You are in my opinion the best. I've been working out exclusively with kettlebells and body weight for the past 5 years or so and I keep coming back to your videos to tighten up my techniques. I've watched the snatch video you did with Mind Pump probably 30 times.
Joe Rogan should've watched this video.
I have 16kg/ 35lb Kettlebells _ yours are hollow and marked 16kg _ but you swing them like they weigh much less and you show no cardiac deficit or out of breathe with no effort at all?
Thanks Lawrence. It honestly looks quite easy because at that weight it is not too hard for me. Also, I know very well how to manage my breath and energy which takes a fair bit of training and practice. When I focus on teaching and speaking, especially on camera, I tend to go lighter.
