Plants do have protein but depending on your body protein in plants cannot be broken down like the protein in meat he is right in the sence that cows and an other animals eat grass and hay but that's a cow's diet and a cow can break down proteins in plants easier and mind you if a person can make a vegan lifestyle work I have respect for that cause it's not easy, but its these extremist vegans that don't have facts and dont care that they dont also protestors have been known to shut restaurants down and these extreme vegan dont care that they ruined a lively hood and that all the staff are out of a job
It is actually very easy to adapt a vegan diet. Literally the only hard thing about it is our society's resistance to a vegan lifestyle.

I've also fantasized about pranking fellow vegans this way, but unless it's something that I feel could teach them in how to better argue, I consider it a waste of time that could have gone into trying to persuade genuine non-vegans to reconsider their ways.

7:35 I once gave some vegan cheese to a non-vegan friend to try out. He said he would have never guessed it's vegan if he didn't see the label. They guy should just try out another brand or something the same way not all non-vegan food is great tasting.

I’ve recently turned vegan and your videos on CZcams have cemented my reasons to do so even more. We have no need for meat and dairy anymore, we aren’t hunter gatherers! It seems crazy to me now. When people say it’s not healthy to be vegan they have never tried it, fact. I’ve never felt so awake, clarity is unreal and my sleeping pattern is amazing now when I use to be the worst person ever at waking up. I was always tired and had bad skin. Now I’m up and wide awake at 6am and have so much more energy to disperse. I never was a big animal lover but I already feel like I’m more connected to animals, wildlife and the planet in general. Not being vegan seems madness to me now and I’m still early doors! Thank you Joey.

This was so much fun. And it’s nice that he really did get some of the answers he needed.
Seen a couple of "this was a waste of Joey's time" kinda comments. I don't think so. I don't see it as wasting anyone's time. He fed Joey an almost complete checklist of points and arguments commonly brought up against veganism so that Joey could smash them out of the park one by one, all in one video. This is great for two reasons - one, it makes this video sort of a "nearly all anti-vegan arguments dealt with in 15 minutes" compilation. And two - it may dissuade people from using those arguments in future, not only because they have been adequately addressed in the video, but because the fact that this prankster was able to reel off so many of them one after another off the top of his head shows that the arguments are just repetitive, over-used, parroted arguments that we have all heard and seen destroyed a million times, and are just spread around as popular anti-vegan talking points with no basis in actual logical and moral analysis of veganism, animal exploitation, or their effects on others and the environment.

We have to deal with so much shit as vegans, so much criticism and seeing so many horrible things in the animal cruelty industry, banging our heads against the wall trying to just get people to see the truth and the hypocrisy of “I hate animal abuse but I eat animals”... so nice to see something funny for a change.
