This is an excellent example of Beth's talent. She's also a prodigy on the piano, playing Gershwin by ear at the age of 4. Her voice is so visceral that it punches in the right in the heart. I listen to her daily and all night thanks to Spotify. You should listen to her Paste Studio session, the one with her wearing the white shirt, so you can hear her play the piano. You'll be even more blown away with her.

Arguably, at least in my opinion, two of the best current talents that are still touring/recording today. I've always been a "rocker" and rock came from the blues. Have gone to the blues more lately because it fits my type of music more and not that there are not great new artists out there, it just fits me more. THANK YOU! Now that i know that you know of Beth, wont bother you anymore but it is a deep rabbit hole. Love her "rocking" stuff a lot. I subscribed for the Rush, will keep following for the diversity and exposure to stuff i may not know about.

That "insane" drumming near the end was by the one and only Anton Fig, a long time fixture in Paul Schafer's band for over 20 years on David Letterman's "Late Show". Everyone who gets on a stage with Joe is a top tier master. His usual keyboard artist while in the US is the legendary Reese Wynans of Stevie Ray Vaughn and Double Trouble fame. Anyone blessed to perform with Joe is the best. Period.

I think this was the "encore" for this concert...amazing....to have that much left in the tank after a memorizing night....certainly one for the ages.
