TONKATSU (Japanese Breaded Pork) Collab with Eklektik Inspiration ❤️

Took a short vacation in San Fernando Pampanga with my sibling Eklektik Inspiration from US who is vacationing here in the Philippines for a month. Our nephew Jacob Malek requested her to cook a TONKATSU he calls it PORkATSU so we did a collaboration.
TONKATSU ingredients
1 kg pork steak
Bread crumbs ( as needed)
Flour
3 pcs eggs
Salt and pepper
Dipping sauce
1/2 cup Banana ketchup ( you can use Tomato)
1 TB oyster sauce
1 TB sashimi soysauce ( you can use Worcestershire Sauce)
1 TB sugar (use this if you use tomato ketchup)
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
