How about a troll non-offensive deck, just to then defeat them with either Cornucopia or Wallnut Bowling.
In my opinion is more like a no plant deck and only use tricks and fields.
I already plan on doing a Tricks only challenge with either Wall Knight tor Spudow someday.

I have been playing this game more or less actively since the end of 2018 with a long break from 2020 up until the end of 2021 when I started making videos on this channel.
