I know this competition isn't taken seriously by all clubs, but for the club and fans of Worcester this mattered. May just be the catalyst for a better future after years of struggling near the bottom of the Premiership.

Ooh, irish tripped numerously at the final hurdle, it was all for taking. But a big congrats to Worcester, rlly stuck it out through xtra time! Last game of rugby i saw before this was the european semi-final between La Rochelle & Racing and i didn’t think i’d see that many kicking penalties missed so soon again, but Paddy Jackson had his nerves tampered and jacked. It’s gonna be a while before one can move on from that..

May or may not be the best way to settle a trophy, but both teams knew that they needed to score more tries.
LI had their chances to win it with penalty kicks and failed.
