- Hi, Angels đŒđ» I hope everyone has been doing good! Me on the hand, hasnât been, but donât be alarmed Iâm in good health. Do you remember my âI got everything from Rhodeâ vlog. Well letâs just say that it didnât quite work out for my skin đ
I want to get one thing straight though, Angels.
âŒïžJust because a product did not work well for me it doesnât mean that it is a bad productâŒïž Keep in mind that everyone has different types of skin with different textures and different sensitivities.
My skin is extremely sensitive, acne prone, normal to combination type meaning some parts of my face is oily near my area, normal on my cheeks, chin and forehead and dry all around the perimeter of my entire face.
Iâll try my very best to explain all the things I have noticed throughout these few weeks. First and foremost of any skincare step is face wash, the pineapple refresh cleanser đ𫧠is very gentle. I would say itâs not bad but itâs not good either. I do love how it is a gentle exfoliator. Next the glazing milk toner đ„ I really had high expectations because of all the reviews I read for this product and I wanted to like it so badly. Unfortunately my skin is acne prone the toners I typically use are exfoliating and soothing. This would be great if your skin needed hydration since its ingredients are catered for dry skin type. The peptide glazing fluid đ§ I really didnât like. The packing was a hassle to open and the product just didnât speak to me. The barrier restore cream đ§Žjust also did not speak to me. On a positive note, the peptide lip treatments though đ I totally see why everyone is obsessing over this! Me, myself canât even get over it!! If there is one thing I want to emphasize about this vlog is that you need a peptide lip treatment ASAP.
Again Angels just because it did not work out for me does not mean it is a bad product. It just simply means that it wasnât compatible with my skin.

I suggest to only use one product at a time to see which of those products that works for you and which that doesn't. Peptide Glazing Fluid and Barrier Restore Cream actually worked for me even though I have oily-sensitive skin. But the Pineapple Cleanser and Glazing Milk made me breakout so I immediately stopped using them. Of course, peptide lip treatment was the best product.
Thatâs a really good idea! And yes Iâm obsessed Iâm definitely going to get her newest summer shades đ€©
Hey! If the rhode products arenât doing anything good for you, maybe you can sell them on postmark. Iâll make an offer đ€·đ»ââïž
I have a similar skin type and i donât think the pineapple cleanser is good for every day use. I used the pineapple cleanser twice a day and noticed it was kind of messing up my skin barrier, so i only used it like once every 2 days and my skin is fine now. But you definitely have good skin and donât need her products
Thank you and yes I really think it was the cleanser too!
Same thing happened to me ! Everytime I used the products, I can see the irritation occur immediately. But Iâm a huge fan of Hailey always
Yes I love her so much! Itâs just a shame they didnât work out for our skin đą
Ya thatâs crazy from the start of day one your skin was very clear you can see the change by the last day đ€đ Iâm Asian also with same skin guess Iâll just order the lip products
Yes that would be my best advice!!
It happend to me to but i kep using it for 2 extra week and Then i love it but thats just me?â€
Wow you really hung in there! I started panicking and then just stopped đ
