- Today EV brings you inside this $1.2 Million Gastown Loft
Representing an entirely unique quality of life is this exemplary residence at Koret Lofts in Gastown. Beautiful exposed brick, wood beams, and an understated yet distinctive kitchen renovation.
Upon entering the loft is a great foyer with room for a workspace. Rounding the corner you’re taken aback by the expansive living room which has been perfectly furnished. Upgraded lighting, a custom wardrobe in the bedroom, and 5 large heritage windows add to a very desirable look and feel.
This is a sexy loft. Koret has a great common courtyard with a seating area, garden, and BBQs. It also has a Commercial live/ work designation. We can provide a full list of upgrades upon request and please note, the furniture can be included if you love this style as much as we do.
Gastown is home to some of Vancouver’s finest restaurants, pubs, clothing stores, furniture stores, and coffee shops. Simply put, it’s a very cool place to live with tons of character.

Inside This $1.2 Million Gastown Loft | LOFT TOUR - Zábava
It was all going so well until the bath in the bedroom...
haha! You definitely have to love who you live with 😉
Very easy to add a wall with frosted glass windows.
First time seeing this from three years ago Interesting place. For as big as the place is, I would think there would be two bedrooms. As for the condo ....nice. I am so sure about the refrigerator situation in the kitchen. Though unique for sure ....hmphf. Yep. I might have to add a free standing fridge and perhaps make one of those others a something else.
All in all I could see some remodeling/reno that might work. But taste is subjective, right? :)
Thanks for sharing/posting. Always a pleasure.
I absolutely love it. This loft looks so cozy and warm. Every single detail is unique and special. The exposed brick walls are the highlights of the style and the pieces of furniture something apart. The open shower is really something thought out of the box, which makes the apartment unique. Thumbs up to this spectacular design and decoration.
We love it too! Thanks for watching!
Beautiful & unique, I could totally see this being used in a movie! But yeah I’d like a full fridge and I’d have to put doors on the bedroom and bathroom LOL
Beautiful loft. I used to live at the Van Horne a block away but it’s just too crazy down there. The last time I went to gastown it looked like a lot of shop owners were leaving. The DTES just has too much crime/drug use. West end is where it’s at!
Just love the place. Very unique and just fit right for gas town. Great job Nina as usual
Thank you! We always appreciate your support!!
@@evexclusive You are very welcome. You guys do a great job showing properties and put a very unique spin to it. I have been to Vancouver many times and very familiar with the area. My nephew will go to graduate school next year to UBC. I am planning to come and visit. I might stop by to say HI to you guys.
@@anbrohi That would be amazing!!!
A lot of charm ! A strong character ! a loft where I would gladly project myself to live there 👌 Thank you for the video ! Best from France_
It really is cool! Thanks so much for watching :)
This is insane. I love everything about this loft
Really amazing layout. I like how the shelf was used to separate the bed area/open bathroom. Those large sliding windows are a plus.
Thanks for the positive feedback:)
I could squeeze a pool table and a half wine fridge in there and it would be perfect
Exactly 😉
crackin' bod babe!
I love your videography, so smooth and artistic. Can you create a music playlist too, the background music is so good
That's so nice of you! Thank you so much!! Maybe one day :)
there beautiful , drooling
Thanks so much for watching!
Yea the bathroom hmmmm mixed views on that 🤔
Not for everyone, right?! Cool idea though.
Love the uniqueness of this property, however, a full fridge would've been nice and more functional. If this was in mount pleasant or Olympic village, it would be even more desirable!
I see what you mean. It's definitely not for everyone
I'd simply add a full sized refrigerator, in addition to the built-in refrigerator drawers.
$1.2m property and you nitpick the fridge?
I loved the property, I just didn't like the fridge! having to lean forward to pick things up would be a pain
It's a very cool loft. Understandable, luckily there is lots of room to put in a full size fridge if someone wants. Thanks for watching!
@@evexclusive Im huge fan :)
So friggin cool! It's like a much better studio apartment. So much room because there are no walls! It's one big room! So many big windows on more than just one side of the building. Ceiling fans too when the heat wave comes.
Thanks for watching!
MORE LOFTS!!!!!
Cute
If I don't have kids I'd take this haha. Very cool
It is perfect for a couple or bachelor's living. Kids would be hard hah!
Love this so much. I'm tempted to buy a loft like this but I really worry about how these gastown type buildings would hold up in an earthquake.
When the big one hits, I'm not sure there would be a single building in the city that would survive it.
Agree on most comments. Too much bending down for the fridge and not a fan of the bathroom. Design and furniture are superb. The price makes sense if it was in Manhattan, but for a small city like Vancouver not so much (although Van might be considered big for Canada).
It's really designed for a single person, but you can always change things here and there if you want privacy.
you cant compare city to city to many variables, try finding that in manhattan maybe with a view of a brick wall
I don't mind the tub layout, but definitley would have preferred a less modern looking, and more rustic/antique style to fit with the overall aesthetic. Like those kind of bronzy/iron looking tubs with the paws for legs. That would have been sweet!
That's a good point, a bronze claw foot would look great too! Thanks for watching
2 level loft 3 bed 3 bath tour possible?
We're on it 😉
It’s a strange design choice to put the bathroom almost in the center of the apartment.
Beautiful place. The water closet never made it to the B roll.
Good eye! We didn't think it was that important to show.
No outdoor living?
Hi, there! The Koret is an old heritage conversion building, it used to be a warehouse and was converted into loft spaces. Typically this means that it's very rare to have a patio unless you are one of the penthouse units. There is a common inner courtyard space for the residents to use. This loft is now sold. Thanks for watching!
Don't get me wrong, I'd buy anything from Nina, including, but probably not limited to, a Hershey bar hidden in a hobo's sock, but my wife would want her money back... and probably a divorce.
She is a really good realtor 😉
Can we all admit that exposed piping on the ceiling is both ugly and lazy? Beams are beautiful, pipes aren't. I was really taken aback by the bathtub in the bedroom but come to think about it, it's kinda cool. That walk-through shower is also awesome. Nice place.
Some people like the industrial exposed pipes and beams. To each their own :)
Lol what this kitchen is terrible...I live in Vancouver and it's so discouraging how expensive and impractical the places are here
This layout and style aren't for everyone. But we thought this place was still pretty cool.
Oh my god, do you know how unhealthy it is to let the moist in your bedroom?!
Its definitely not for everyone! But still a cool space. Never heard of that before.
@@evexclusive But generally I really like your home tours and I admire your professionalism!
I don't think so. The loft has plenty of ventilation.
this has got to be the worst apartment i have ever seen, not even a fridge. the person who pays 1.2 mill for this place a fool, this place is worth 150, 000 grand tops.
I definitely think we've seen worse apartment out there 😆 😂 This his one is definitely for a unique buyer.
@@evhvariac2 cant say i am shocked. should be almost free. lol
