So he didn’t explore literally more than half of the underworld? You have to light all the braziers, there’s 3 teleporters, and there’s a huge boss. He misses so much…

That's this entire playthrough in a nutshell. Says the world is empty while missing half the stuff, and refusing to try anything other than that trash Halberd, it is really annoying how stubborn he is sometimes.

I love how the concept of learning ANYTHING beyond his precious pole arm is blasphemous because he’s all about beating it with the weapon and mechanics, and then proceeds to fight everything on the horse because it takes so much less skill. The man is a riddle wrapped in an enigma missed with dichotomy and hypocrisy. Gotta love it.
You're 100% spot on. That Halberd is trash compared to so many other weapons as well. So many better options for a Pure Strength build. And why would you not want to try out different weapons, ashes of war, Great Runes, etc. So many cool mechanics that he's stubbornly refusing to try because he is still trying to play Dark Souls.

That weapon isn't even that great, not in the top 50, so many better options for a Strength build. He's stuck in Dark Souls and refuses to try any of the newer mechanics like Ash of War system, Great Runes, Physick Flask, etc.

Might be an unpopular opinion but I hated this area even when I first found it. Nokstella is a lot better but I hate and haven’t been back to siofra since my first play through and I’m on my 5th now

That Halberd is not that good, not even in the top 50, wish he would try out some different weapons and Ash of War combos with the Regular Weapons. So many better options, especially for a Pure Strength Build.
Knowing Asmon and his stubbornness, he would pick the Greatsword in Monster Hunter and get inevitably destroyed at early game, that would be hilarious as fck but too bad he missed it.

Dude still doesn't know how to permanently kill the undead and you are asking if he uses the physic? Yeah, he doesn't even know how to craft a basic item, he doesn't even KNOW what the Wondrous Physic is. In fact, if he seen you ask that question he would probably call you stupid and a dweeb or something, while ignoring the fact that he doesn't know how to use a BASIC power boosting item.
@@Chrisfragger1 he knows what the physic flask is and he has made one but forgets to use it. he doesn't want to craft. he doesn't even have the crafting tool until this point.

Asmon doesn't even use the weapon art on his equipped weapon. Of course he doesnt lol. He played the game for 10 hours and beat it, and has never bothered to try any other builds or even play the game on NG+

You're right though actually, int/dex builds are the most powerful and give you the most flexibility when it comes to combat faith and strength are trash
@The Boulder takes issue with that comment I'd argue Str/Arc is the best melee and most versatile build. But tbh with a mage you can kill anything at a distance without ever getting hit
@@dyfuh8523 Unfortunately that's not how fighting as a mage works. Most enemies in the game are melee based and will rush you constantly up close.
Mages actually need to be better at rolling and timing attacks better than melee players because casting takes time and mages take waaaaay more damage and have less health flasks than melee players.
Being a mage really isn't as easy as many people think. It's easier than melee _sometimes_ but it is still far from easy. Fromsoft balanced the game very well over the last year imo
@@dyfuh8523 If more melee purists actually tried to do an entire playthrough as a mage build then they would know all this themselves without needing to have it explained
Funniest part of Asmons entire playthrough is that he bragged endlessly about how "Overpowered" his build is, and its complete shit compared to 90% of the other builds you can make, Lmfao. Hardest ive ever laughed at his stream is when he CHOKED doing the greatjar quest, easiest fight in the entire game
I know he is streaming so its hard to keep track of whats going on in the game. But man oh man, sometimes the stupidity still amazes me.
The fact that he disgard all other weapon as useless and never use them or upgrade them and compares them to his upgraded halberd is irritating. Uchigatana has bleeding ability, Winged scythe's and Halo scythe ability are best options also I mean if he wield even for a while a halo scythe and saw a ring of Miquella attack he would change his opinion. Also he never upgrade his gear or armor and complained why he is struggling. Also he don't have cragmfting kit and complain when he gets poisoned.
Yeah it's kinda annoying, it doesn't even have a special art of war on it, and he barely uses it anyway. Dude used like 0,5% of combat mechanics, attack, and jump attack, golden halberd, that's it.

@@hermionetwo2739 I'm use to curved swords or the katanas. There are a few more weapons, like the halberd, that I just can't get done lol. The is my first fromsoft game as well
