You want to deal with that because you think that it will generate happiness for you. That's the biggest illusion (Maya). You should start focusing on finding the channels of your happiness and, trust me, you'll always find those channels in your work. Start doing some activities/work of your choice. The better you perform, the more fulfilled and happy you'll be. Then you won't need to deal with this negativity of people around you. It'll vanish automatically.

and the sum of all - 1

I would also like to know the correct method of calculating Destiny no.
eg. 9/2/1953
Individual single nos. for date, month & year are 9, 2 & 9
Should I calculate like 9+2+9=20=2
Or
9+2+1+9+5+3=29=11
2nd is correct.. But many use 1st method also
2nd method is correct however it's 29 not 11.
