Don’t know if it’s the Cerule or the carnivorous diet, but I won’t be stopping either because I feel great and have no health issues at all. I don’t deny getting a bit stiff in knees and calves each night but I did it.
As far as I’m aware he has quit CZcams, and like I’d said before that doesn’t mean he won’t be guesting on peoples channels, it’s just he isn’t putting his entire efforts on CZcams platform as his own content apart from something like an update will be on LBRY I believe, but it’s best you ask Bart on that for an answer.
