How to Make a Wooden Sword (Roman Gladius) Out of Scrap

In this video I'm making a wooden sword, specifically a Roman gladius! The blade is made of pallet wood and the pommel + guard are made of chunks of scrap from previous projects. It is a pretty straightforward and simple process so give it a try!

I'm hand carving a katana and it took me 7hr just to get the handle about the right size and shape but i might sand it when im done carving the whole thing but its gont take me like 40hr and my hands already kinda sore, im just doing this for fun obviously lol
