Can this be installed on a false ceiling?
Above the false ceiling I have a father installed on main ceiling. The height of main celing is 8.9ft, the false ceiling is suspended about 3-4 inch below that.

We installed this fan a year ago and has been giving us issues... past few weeks thd fan has been going off & on, off & on continously.... there is no point person to talk to about this problem. Earlier this used to happen when we used speed 4 or 5 so we stuck to speed 3. Now it's happening on all speeds.... what cud the problem be? Please help!!!😔
