Imagine if you'd gotten cloud soul instead of mountain. 10% MORE ms! That's a bonus of over 50 more ms at your base speed at the end there. It even goes up to +60% after you ult.
Cloud soul is only move speed on ult cast.... Each cloud drake gives ult ability haste.

Dead man's plate on cass was such a good idea. The abilities doesn't consume bonus ms from dead man's plate so you'll still be zooming
