Removing Clothing Security Tag in a rush! | Security Tag on Suit | Quick and Easy!

- I was putting on my suit for my little girl's Baptism at the church and I noticed that I still had the security tag on it. The alarm at the store didn't go off when we picked it up after alterations were done. In this video, I show an alternate method to removing clothing security tags. The two fork method won't work well because the diameter of the security device is larger than a fork.

It’s the store responsibility to make sure the remove it in the first place. So inconvenient to bring them back just to remove them. And not all clothes have those tag anyways

I got some tinsnips, cut the bottom plastic then cut the wire. Much easier. But I wouldn't have been able to do it without watching the video first. Thanks.

If the store is near, take it back to have the security tag removed if you don't want to perform this method of removal.

I bought a Karl Lagerfeld from Barcelona, noticed the security tag is still on it when I returned to Singapore. The fabric is thin and if I were to use these tool I am afraid it will damage the dress. Pricey dress. Haiz.
Try to the it to a local store and ask if they can remove it or what they can recommend. Good luck.
All you need is a big magnet - the magnet pulls 2 slightly spring loaded ball bearings up which unlatches the pin

Drove two hours today to a NewYorker store to shop with my mom. When we got home one of the tags was still on. No alarm or anything went off as we walked out?? Now the client support is not responding either. Haven't managed to get the da**ed thing off
Laughing because I tried the tutorial on a NewYorker one too because they had forgotten to remove one of the security tags but I fucked up the fabric in the process

I did this worked in 10 seconds just put screwdriver in and pulll it up
Get a lighter and burn the centre of each side... pops right out
So infuriating! I bought something and I have to leave for a trip tomorrow morning and the store is on the other side of the city! Stores should give the item for free if they forget to take a tag off!!
