@@GrandSenator I've read the whole genshin T&C and End-User license agreement. There's nothing wrong with this "problem".
1) all purchases are non-refundable meaning hoyo doesnt lose money from this problem.
2) if the donator flags his or her purchases as a mistake and request the transaction to be transferred to the "correct" account, and the request is approved, the genesis that goes into the problem account will simply be deducted. If you haven't used a single one, its pretty much no consequence. If you used some and you went into negative genesis, you may need to bring out your own money to bring it back to positive, or if you're a streamer like this guy with video evidence you can plead for grace period while you figure out how to pay.
It has happened to a friend of mine in a sabotage attempt so i did some legal research (googled)

No. Because that bonus is one; primogems, not crystals, and two: shows up when you log in or the daily rolls over. It would also be 90, not 60.

You might want to get that checked cause if someone is sending you genesis crystals without codashop, then there’s a high chance you would be banned if you used the crystals to create primogems. Just warning you.
Sending others crystals is normaly protected. Its when you give your account info to have someone log in and buy you crystals that is the problem. They can do a charge back that way.
I don't think you can send crystals without codashop using just the UID. For normal top ups you need account access, which is how scammers get people.
well the only reason you can saves from minus primogems is reporting to hoyo support before use the primo.
The only time you will be banned is if you converted all your Genesis Crystals into Primogems, used all those Primogems, and then the person who sent you the Genesis Crystals asks for a refund. That's when you get Negative Primogems, where if you can't get that number to 0 in less than (idk) days, then you're getting banned.
