Must always add deglazer in everything plastic and leather except fabric?

Leather would be ideal that you will need that item. It is taking off the factory finish. Plastics are a little different as you may damage the plastic. We recommend a light sanding in that case.

Can you help me please...
when i try to paint over the stencils, and i remove the stencils once painted, the paint underneath just ruins what i painted.. and
I also have another problem I painted my white shoe all black.. I waited more than 1 day before trying the stencils... but when I remove the stencils.. the black paint that I painted on my white shoe s take away and so the true color of my shoes comes back
