if you maintain 80kmph then you can extract 22kmpl easily. after 80 it gradually loses mileage depending on RPM. Once i was able to extract 28kmpl without AC, speed between 60 to 80 on highway. Nothing can beat suzuki 1.2 litre engine in terms of smoothness and mileage. Non i have driven close 60K on my ignis and noticed that the mileage of car went down little bit.

Keep adding a Lil engine oil additive fuel additive and injector cleaners once a while too.
Meri Diesel dzire me to Bhai 18-22 ka fark aa jata hai sidha. It runs smooth, sounds super smooth.
