Long Beach Poly and Gardena Serra continued the legendary rivalry in Gardena Friday night. Darius Curry threw 3 touchdowns for Long Beach Poly in the first half! Jimmy Butler connected with Zacharyus Williams for a touchdown in the first quarter. Sophomore Kamarie Smith caught 2 of Darius Curry's touchdowns and looks like a special player for years to come.

Ghetto prep school just as I've always remembered it (Serra). If it wasn't for their sports programs, it would've been shut down years ago. Nothing in the way of a real education to be had there. That's when I finally learned that to get into a good school, you gotta check out the surrounding area FIRST! If only my clueless parents had seen the red flags ahead of time, ugh...

Too big of a game to have at a small school like that. The game should have been at a neutral site with Serra still being the home team. Ijs
