Hallway suggestion: you can hang your mirror horizontally, centred to the console to create a set. Lamp can be moved closer to the door side to create a calm evening mood. Flower vase and a candle on the opposite end... two low piles of books at the centre... voila.

A light-colored hallway runner might help brighten it up, and maybe some shelves for storage, keys, etc.
Designer / interior designer here . Love the home you are creating! For the blank area ( 0:58 ) I would try a large paint maybe with over head lighting or backlit lighting. I think it would give a nice glow to that space

you could add a nice little cluster of paintings on the right hand wall like 4 small paintings or u could have a collage of photos whatever u wish just make sure it isnt too big. as for the lighting, u could install some cove lights since u dont want the entrance to be too bright. some dim lighting would seem nice there :)

For the hallway-empty space, personally I think a shoe tray and a small shelf could go a long way with some plants! Additionally, like others have mentioned, a hung mirror could be a great addition as well!
You could switch the mirror for a modern round lightened mirror that you hang on the other side. So there will be more light and you will have a cool modern touch

Hallway suggestions: As you enter the door from the outside, you need a small table to the right to put your keys on, a few decorative objects, etc. The table should not have a lot of visual weight to it --a plexiglass table would work with your modern aesthetic, but they scratch easily and you'll have to strategize around that --maybe a bowl or catch-all for the keys, etc. You could also get a metal table with a thin support frame. It, too, shouldn't take up much visual space. Hang above that a piece of art or a mirror. You could also put a plant or a vase for flowers on the table --or put a small, cordless lamp. The flowers would bring some color into the space and make the space more welcoming. The lamp would brighten the space up and help set the mood of the home. The coat rack should be moved out of the corner from behind the door and further down the hall to just beyond the edge of the door when it's fully open. The big problem with the hall right now is that console takes up too much space and has too much visual weight to it --and it's dark and too wide for that space. It makes the hallway feel cramped and dingy. It needs to be moved to another area in the apartment or put into storage or gotten rid of. I'd then hang a piece of art (or maybe even your tall mirror hung horizontally) to accent the length of the hallway. The piece of art sitting on the console right now is interrupting the flow of the space because it (piece of art) accentuates the verticality of the space and not the length of it. You want the hall to feel long as it flows and moves you into the living room (you could also create this feeling by hanging a series of three or four pieces of art (a triptych or a polyptych). it wouldn't matter if they're hung vertically then because the width of the series will accentuate the length of the hall.) Under that, I'd place a midcentury modern bench that you could put a tote on, sit on to take your shoes off, etc.

You could put up a chalk board in the empty space by the door (ofc with som Lightning around the edge). That Way guests that come over to visit Can write messages or just funny things in general. We have one in our House and it is so much fun and it makes the guests feel welcome and it makes there visit feel memorable if there writing is there the next time they are there

I'd love to see an off-white beige and a sage green for the shirt. Also, navy would be lovely; I love black and khaki. For your entryway, I suggest a small shoe rack that you can use in the dead zone and maybe hanging some of your pictures to add visual interest to the walls. Your entryway would benefit from splashes of pattern or bold storytelling on the walls.

Interior designer here! The space to the left of the door would do really well with those floating cabinets from Ikea. They're pretty thin so not to obstructive and can provide some extra storage, a nice catch-all surface for keys and bits, and a spot for a small (maybe rechargeable? I didn't see an outlet) lamp to provide extra light in that corner. Hope this helps!
With the door way you could put a bit of greenery, preferably for me I would put a tall plant of some sorts there.

For the entryway layout I’d try to move the tylko sideboard closer to the door and place a really nice coat rack opposite (the space that’s currently empty) so you can give the sideboard and the higher shelves room to breathe and the more “cluttered” front can move to the opposite side.

About the hallway definitley try to add some type of dim warm lighting behind the mirror like an LED strip or smth
You should move the mirror to the space between the black and light brown cabinets. 2 different style cabinets next to each other looks messy you need to make some space between :) Also avoid those tiny vases they make your larger design object look cheap. Choose plants in pots or something larger in size or more interesting in shape.

you know about the decoration of that empty space by the door, you can just move that black unit (if it fits) to the other side. or you can sell it in a few months from now and then buy something new to replace it with. I say that because you have now put two units very close to each other, it somehow creates this unnerving feeling, because of the difference in their colors: the contrast is not right. but that's just a suggestion, I hope you can find something to do with that wall. And yes, that space needs some light. Love ❤
