Sometimes you don't poke quite deep enough.
Why do ALL THE ASIAN pimple poppers avoid cleaning the big infected pimples and only go for small blackheads? They only go for the big ones if they accidentally burst while squeezing a nearby blackhead.
They do the small hidden ones first so that they don't become big infected ones. Also if they do messy ones first it's harder to do the little ones. They do the bigger ones last and some do them off camera because of the blood. You are only seeing a few minutes of an 60 to 90 minute appt.

Lam doesn't work " by accident". He may extract bigger, angry lesions after smaller ones, for reasons explained, but he does not "omit the best part", he does do them, he does show them. And it really is for the paying client's benefit, not for viewers watching for free, hundreds of miles away.

I have often wondered if bots and/or humans plant these types of posts to incite others and to create doubt about a legitimate business. There are a lot of folks who will believe anything and then will often repeat the slander.
