I've had a fear of hospitals in needles my entire life but I was born 3 and 1/2 months premature. The way it was explain to me by a doctor is the same way that we know fire burns and causes pain you learn that hospitals may cause you pain even if you don't remember the exact instance that's led to the pain. Also I asked my mom why I have a dark stripe across my lower back apparently that light they put over the neonative basket fell on my back and burned and scarred me. So yeah I don't like hospitals or needles every time I go into one my body goes in the fight or flight mode even if I am trying not to do it and I will just nervously jabber on the entire time I'm there. My wife gets frustrated with it but she doesn't have the experiences that I've had with...that place.
My hubby was also TERRIFIED of needles, they just made his skin crawl. So I have literally sat, stroking his hair and singing to him, while the nurse/phlebotomist did their thing. I just kept supporting him, and we worked on breathing and focus during blood draw, and he actually overcame a LOT of his issue. I don’t know who was funnier, the garbage man shrieking like a little girl after the dinosaur popped out at him or my dad hopping and skipping around the house like he achieved some great big feat! I only wish we would have recorded that with our big ol camera we had back then. 😂
My dad was a big kid 😂 He used to do things like leg-wrestle my sister's dates, sit on the porch swing dressed as a scarecrow and then leap out to terrify the trick-or-treaters, scrub the floor on his knees while singing, "Cinderella, Cinderella", & he even drove the getaway car once so my friends and I could " t.p" the houses of boys we were crushing on

Wow,I get it my pops asked me if I wanted to go to the casino and Buffett with him and we got so many stares from old ladies it was ridiculous. Like NO this is my father who likes to hang with his grown children. We get that all the time just because my dad likes to hang and calls us and still checks in on us no matter what
I tell my daughters to look for a man who can make them laugh. Been married to their Dad for 30 years and we never could have made it without laughter.
This is my husband exactly. He's a big kid. That's what I love the most about him and what makes him such a good husband and dad. I think the key to life is to never lose that ability to be silly. ❣️
I'm a big kid before the neighbor across the street moved away we would team up against his sons and my son and Nerf war. We're still friends he lives across town we see each other every once in awhile we both work on cars together.
That guy running together with the dogs towards his wife coming home was so wholesome. 😊 I think I would have found it even funnier and a sign of love if he made a joke when he finally arrived and completely out of breath about it not being for her he was running and then fake (!) breaking down on her. 🥰
PLOT TWIST the dogs aren't running home they are running away from their look alike owner who's actually a skinwalker, look how abnormal that skinwalker's running is. that ain't natural
I've never understood the idea that you should give up the things that make you happy just because you reached a certain age. I'd rather be thought of as a big kid than go through life being miserable.
I'm not married but with my dad I can relate to these videos, especially the doctor's office. If I don't literally go in with him he will not go, he will not stay, he is telling the nurse it's not that bad he will be fine. It's not needles it's the hospital itself. When I was younger my grandma would often say that my dad has a "partner in crime" not a kid. One time we were outside playing in mud after a rain shower, grandma yells at my dad "you do know she is a girl?" My dad looks at her and says "yes! you're right...we need glitter."

I find it adorable! Grown men who still are able to express their emotions and bring out their inner child, regardless of what society has taught us 💜
So a person staying true to themselves as they age? Like why would anyone deviate.? Like in step brothers when the dad tells them to never forget their dinosaur. Never
@@iamthefuss934 many deviate due to society and even their parents teachings. Nowadays many men(especially not only) bottle up their emotions because "men don't cry", "men are supposed to be tough and crying is a sign of weakness" you know, those kinds of ideologies. For example, certain cultures are worse than others regarding this. Hispanic/Latino culture, Korean too, they don't show emotions, are also not open with their feelings. So, it's nice to see these men just, being human in every sense of the word.

Dads being Dads is the best thing ever. Something to embrace and love. Not something to look down on and laugh about in a bad way
I’m 36 and I remember my dad being extremely playful with my brothers and I. He would wrestle and box all 4 us at the same time. Lol we also played video games, ran track, and played all type of sports with him. I was the only girl and I had 3 younger brothers so I grew up as a tomboy. ❤
“It’s a high chair!”
Bro walked himself right into that one 😂
He should have played along with her and went looking for his mom.
Yeah, and you can see the moment he realized he walked into it, too... 😂
Exactly 🤣
But it was a bench though, LOL..
Bro, I know right. The giggle from his hubby made it even funnier.
Oh my god I laughed so hard at the 4 guys and the blinds!
One guy pulling the blinds up, the other down, the guy playing VR on the couch and the 4th coming over to check the other blinds to join their conversation about how and what strings pull these blinds up and down. OMFG
the guy on vr is great i almost missed him watching the other 2
