OMG,I was 17yrs Old in 1973 when Osadebe released this master piece, I was just upcoming as a teenager , I always hear this music as street records stores play it, as my Dad had no turntable,I really appreciate playing it on my smart phone today. Sir Osadebe may you continue to rest on. You left a wonderful musical lagacy. Thank you for blessing our life with these wonderful songs to enjoy long after you were gone your legendary musical accomplishments is unmatched. Rest on Sir.
Am 46 yrs old now but it seems like it was yesterday because of this music. My Daddy had white 504 GL saloon with this BIG black cassette tape were he always play this particular track when we are travelling to Enugu., though I never enjoyed music then but today my dear l love this music beyond my imagination.
Life…..
Thanks so much
Not only you bro I used to listen to osadabe music then after 35 years I don’t know how I started playing the music everyday now
Those where beautiful memories and sometimes you you could turn back the hands of time
Your dad is my dad.
Now am 34, I can relate with what dad was hearing when he played this music.
Life is just… thank God we are living in
What kind of spirituality did Osadebe infuse in his music? This particular album transports one to where you do not want to revisit yet when you get there you are all smiles...........I am transported back to Our house in Lagos island in the mid 70s as my father's nwaboys recount their exploits during the Biafran war......and their despair when Biafra succumbed! I recollect the joy and camaraderie when Enugu Rangers won another challenge cup.....mixed feelings all through...!!Rip our great Sage our Hilife
😢😂❤❤
I grew up with Osita music although the language, not mine, but I will die listening to it.
Makes tortuous journey touristic when travelling on FG Onyenwe night bus from Kano to Onitsha in the 80s and 90s playing the music in the cold chilly calm night. May the wisdom laced in the music guide our path as we journey through this less humane world.
This songs brings back so many memories it reminds me of my both parents our household when all of us were still together in one roof Chai how time flies, what a nostalgic feeling. May the souls of my parents continue to rest in peace Amen 🙏🏽 ❤
This is 🌍 Africa! Wow wow. With Love from UGANDA.

Do you y'all realize that 90% of the people here has a thought of how this reminds them of their parents? I feel like music should be a communication between you and your soul, for me this music brings the painful but rewarding past to my remembrance it make me wanna cry and smile as well. You words in our minds are evergreen.
Rightly said, listening with nostalgia, remembering my late dad a diehard fan of Chief Stephen Osita Osadebe. RIP to my both legends
U're 1000% correct BB. I first heard Osadebe's songs from my dad who used to play them on those old turntables where u flip the records for Side A to Side B. Blessed memory daddy. My best friend.
My mentor.
My adviser.
You remain the father of musicians in Ibo land, you are the best.
Always come here to lightning my spirits in this trying time.
Music from raw talents. While the lyrics are monumental for posterity, the instruments are also speaking down to the soul. You don't necessarily need to understand the lyrics before being blessed, the instruments are universal languages.
May the souls of the departed find rest.
May we live happily here and hereafter.
I will not forget to remember my late father chief Patrick eze and my uncle chidozie may they soul rest in peace and my classmate chibueze
This song is a masterpiece.
The instruments, the composition and the lyrics....
