If I want to get a job in design field, should I consider studying (Post graduate diploma in CAD CAM & TOOL DESIGN) in IGTR Aurangabad. And I also want to know about courses for machine design which can provide placement.

@@mrseeker I am doing THE JOB but still I am working as draftsman in nx, means converting blue print to 3d to 2d but I want to become design engineer means I want know start to end of product, then what to do for that, how I will prepare my mindset to think in that way for grow instead of just draftsman.

At pune for fresher design engineer salary is 12k-15k.., 20-25k is for 2-3 years experience.
Salary are low
Starting salaries are low and growth is also slow.. that’s why i quit my design eng job and going for web development..

I am (GET) Design engineer at Pune based MNC, and my starting salary is above national average (4LPA). it:s been 6 months since I joined..I also qualified GATE with good score which can give me Mtech admission in any NIT and some lower rank IITs.
But the thing is...I love technical but it is not giving money as compared to management...should I stick with it or start preparing for CAT as it can give me High package but I will have to leave Technical feild..Need a guidance.!!!

I had 35k salary after 5 years experience. However it could have been more. Increment was halted in 2020 and low Increment in 2021.

I'm fresher and I have good knowledge of Creo parametrica so what should I do brother??
You should also know that I started with the lowest salary possible that is 7 k per month. So in 5 years 35 k is not bad. Job security is better. For your 2nd point, you know creo, but now you need to build domain knowledge of the field you want to work in. Choose the field start and start studying. Learn their standards, attend seminars. Network with people. You can also join courses which give placements. The package may be less in the beginning but with a combination of switch and experience you will slowly gain high salary. Mine is now 65 k after 9 years started from 7k.
