In this video I have shown how to make a hair mask which will make your hair look healthier and shiny . It’s a best hair mask for smooth hair too.
Ingredients required to make this hair mask :

Aloe Vera gel - 2 tbsp
Coconut cream or coconut milk- 2 tbsp
Honey - 2 tbsp
Glycerin- 1 tsp ( optional )

For sure you can try it on your kids hair as well . But if she is a person who gets cold often or quick then you should try avoiding aloevera gel

I would prefer using a good plain aloe Vera shampoo or very gentle use shampoos which does not have any sulphate or paraben in it

Nope it’s your preference to use whatever oil you want . But changing oils will not affect your hair . And I could not find the shampoo link online

@@LifestyleofGladyesAlben sis my dr have told tat frequent shampoo changing may affect coz the scalp takes time to adopt a particular shampoo(sls to non sls or so or same sls free shampoo changing) n the scalp pores closes n never allows hair growth n hair falls also.. This doubt many has.. Pls reply.. wats ur view on this.. Expecting ur response...thank u
