God video, Colin, you early bird. It made for a very clear voice-over with very little background interference. Good focus of a few leading questions.
    PoI's:
    1) I think, now, that the original idea of 14 baffle arches along the South concourse, has probably been binned and instead, due to the extra area needed for laying Phases 1-3 of the "The Everton Way", some other form of wind baffles are to be expected in a pattern of 2, gap, 2, double gap, 1, gap, 2, gap,2. That will play havoc with those of the OCD Symmetry disposition.
    2) It was difficult to see close enough but I think it looks as though they started painting/screeding the concrete roof of the East Stand at the northern end, under the barrel-cladding and outwards. But it might just be stacking of some other dark-grey/black materials.
    3) Thanks for taking a closer look at the vacant terraces in the middle of the South Stand. I can see that the seats and rails for there are all stacked around or nearby, so it's obviously just a temporary logistical need. Likewise at the corners (presumably waiting for the weather-proofing of the roof above to be finished) and the NE Away Fan Section, one can see the seats are all there stacked in the rows awaiting the moment they can be fitted.
    4) I am leaning towards 'no cap' at the ends of the barrel-cladding, based on this close-up look at them, but I expect a different story for the edge of the Standing-seam roof.
Have a good remainder to your weekend.

Hi David, have you got any information regarding the solar panels in terms of the amount of electricity that will be generated per year, what % of overall electricity will be covered by solar power. Cheers.

@@azul41 Azul: I am afraid I haven't been able to find details on the PV Array nor its context, frustratingly. I suspect that's because any information from even a couple of years ago would not be relevant to today's level of panel efficiency, etc., as Moore's Law has a part to play. the area attributed to it seems to have been made slightly larger than the approved design too. I don't have Solar Panel experience that would allow me to quantify it from the number of panels against an unknown panel spec.
In addition, I have no data on what the usages are expected to be for the stadium across the spectrum of full-on match days in the middle of winter versus the no-functions, non-match days in summer to be able to gauge the extremes of % of usage provided at any one time or on average. Nor do I have details on what the capacity of battery storage is.
All I know is that the whole set up will help keep costs down and whilst it may be capable of providing full usage at the lighter use end of the spectrum in mid-summer, it certainly won't in the depth s of winter.
I did in fact submit this whole question to the LoR Tour questions but whoever may have asked it from the team, IF they did, mind, the answers have never been revealed.

It’s a shame that the club is close to administration. Is there enough money to finish the sradium?

The club is not close to administration at all, and the stadium has been fully funded for completion the end of this year

Dear Luddite, I am pleased to learn you're heart is still beating as I wish you no ill. You have a right to an opinion but I just wish I wasn't finding myself reading this nonsense like finding oneself next to a man in a street shouting that "the end of the world is nigh!", everyday.
FYI: FM is already going to be on his way out as he wants out. End of. Your voice isn't going to change that.
Yes, he ****'d up by getting suckered by 777 Partners but Friedkin has withdrawn mainly because they have been spooked by 777, not FM.
The club loses money and is in dire straits but applying a vendetta against merchandise won't change anything for the better, only for the worse, for club and the fans that are still 'in love' with the club and their idols.
GP is an outdated dinosaur around the club's neck. BMD is the future.

If Everton abandoned BM to stay at GP then they'd never recover from the ridicule that would invoke. For many reasons it just won't happen! So unless it's your hobby, give it up, Chris.

You’ve been quiet for a while Chris but I haven’t missed your deluded rants one bit. Moshiri will definitely go as soon as he can find a ‘willing’ and capable buyer. The main factors influencing this are:
It’s not just the price of the shares being offered, the level of debt that the club has is huge.
The ability to service that debt will be hugely improved by the massive upturn in income the club will enjoy from moving to this new stadium. That is another definite ‘must happen’.
Any investor is going to have to have both deep pockets and patience to see a return.
The biggest factor in my humble opinion is the unpredictable and unfair way the Premier League is run. There is evident corruption and too much power wielded over how clubs choose to invest with very little accountability and control to go with that power.
