Semi Truck Fire

I drove by this truck on fire as while I was hauling freight and had to be away from my Thai wife for 6 months. I have attempted for years to bring my Thai wife home as US Immigration USCIS so reluctant merely admits to their administrative errors.
I am also establishing a crowdfunding effort to request donors for legal fees to resolve.
As my efforts continue for my fiancé’s US visa enters a 3rd year, I appreciate that your office continues to assist. Your successes include US Immigration - USCIS recognizing their own unexpired immigration form after your office brought it to their attention 8 months ago.
However the challenge continues as the USCIS re-accepted the visa application as you requested, they refuse to honor their previous acceptance date and location.
By honoring their original receipt sent to me, my fiancé’s would today be fully eligible process and she could travel with me to marry and allow my family to move forward in grieving the deaths of both my parents since this visa process began 2 years ago.
My desire for a healthy life is accentuated with my emotional need to move forward after beloved previous wife died just before COVID isolations with a blood clot in both of her lungs.
I realize that the USCIS stonewalling could possibly continue on for more years as their response from phone calls to the USCIS call center is a “bot” voice quickly stating that issue cannot be resolve before “Bye” and hang up. My email inquiries to the only public USCIS email address results in a note that a response will not be forthcoming until 2025.
