From what I read she wanted to do what see will be doing at CBS 46, special's and similar stuff at 2 after she retired on occasions but 2 couldn't fulfill those request for whatever reason.

they've been beating 11Alive for a minute. Gray is doing big things and probably will do 46 better than Meredith. Here why Ch.2 stayed on top. Consistency. 46 has got to stop changing faces, brand names. stick with one thing and cling to it!
I didn't know Monica before watching "A seat at the table" and she is so interesting and enlightening on this show! She is a seasoned journalist and this is a wonderful new chapter in her life. Yes, age is nothing but a number and she is proof of that!
And now Karyn Greer is sitting in the chair that Monica Kauffman Pearson once occupied for decades over at WSB. Both women are remarkable people!
Why didn’t she just go back to WSB?
Ten years ago at the height of the Atlanta Public Schools cheating scandal, Dr. Beverly Hall vacationed in Hawaii…and Pearson and Greer (the latter who was at 11 Alive at the time) tracked her down; both got nothing, but Greer actually stuck a camera and microphone in front of her.
Please STOP running "One on One" over and over and over. Watch when it airs - it is interrupting a good program. Having to justify her big salary won't pull in New watchers.
Terrible show BTW, go back into retirement MKP.
