Nimbada Shahar mein to distributor hai to yahan per koi problem nahin aati

I have bought a komaki ranger from Singhi EV jorhat Assam. Before buying the bike I was assured to get a cashback of Rs 5000. A executive from your end Miss Rupa asked for my UPI id and other details. Some other executive namely Himanshu and Bipul assured me of getting my cashback. I bought my bike on 2 nd of May. Till now after this much time I didn't receive my cashback. I am shocked by your unprofessional behaviour to the customer service. I have never seen this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism in any other company. Coming to the bike it was the worst decision I have made. The built qualities are the worst and coming to performance it is a junk. I will never ever recommend this company to any of my friends and family. Getting to the review it is always zero. I will post a very bad review on every social media platform so that people gets save from your company
