5. Rates of stair case(single or double)
6. Rates of rcc or brick masanory water tank.
7. Rate of RCC or brick septic tank
8. Rates of marble and tiles(with polishing or not)
9. Rate of outside boundary.
10. Method of measurement of all the work.
1. Parapet wall se parapet tak
2. Outer to outer wall,
3. Stair case ka kaha tak rate hai do baar hai ya nahi kaise measure karenge.
11. Site material available at 50Ft, 100Ft,
12. all the mix should happen with mixture machine.(hand mix not allowed at site, honeycomb dikhega)
13. Scope of concrete mixture, plate compactor, concrete viberator kiska hoga?
14. Depth and size of foundation - according to drawing.
15. Diameter of steel reinforcement bar(footing, beam, column, slab)
16. Concrete Grade (M15, M25,
17. Scope of Water and electicity.
18. Scope of curing - kitni baar hogi aur
19. Plinth beam road se kitna uncha hoga -3 feet(
tick) or 5 feet
20. wall ki height - 9 Feet or 10 Feet.
21. Soil filling
22. Number of plaster coat - how many times.
23. Wall putti k coat, paint use?
24. Door window frame - alluminium, wooden
25. will contractor constuct Parapat (chath) ki wall
26. Flooring condition( furnished or not)
27. DPC or plinth beam at plinth level.
28. Who will provide all shuttering material at Site.
29. Responsible of unloading Site material at site.
30. who will provide construction tool.
31. Will contractor constuctor main gate ramp or not?
32. Payment terms.
1. After completion of Foundation work - 20%
2. Upto door level work payment will be - 30%
3. Upto slab level - 40%
4. After slab casting - 55%
5. After plastering and parapet wall - 70%
6. After finishing floor work - 90%
7. After total work completion - 100%
33. Must deduct in 5% security in running billing

अगर बहोत मजबूरी ना हो तो मटेरियल के साथ काम ना दे....आप हर वक्त ध्यान नही दे सकते इसलिये मटेरियल के साथ काम देते है.....चाहे आप कितने भी पैसे दो.... लेकिन ठेकेदार लोग कब चुपकेसे आपको चुना लगा दे आपको पता भी नही चलने देता की कब घटिया किस्म का माल डाल दिया.... या तो अपने विश्वास का कोई आदमी रखे ध्यान देनेके लिये!
