Humko puchna tha ki ye Hamuk kon konsa seasons me khate hai kyunki kuch seasons me chuste samai pura baby snails muh me aa jata hai.
Ek baar hi try kiya but pura anda hi anda mila 🥲😅
Basically its call Samu in Bodo language, and samu ko aur thoda short katna tha tab piche se nhi chusne se bhi age se asani se nikal jati hein, aur isko kari patta se try karo ek baar u will love it..💗💗
We bodo people love the combination of snail with black dal. It is one of the traditional food. 😄😊

Wow that’s a new way of cooking snails. In Manipuri we call it ‘ Tharoi’ and we eat it before the Lunar New Year for ‘Khoidw chetsannaba’ though I don’t know what it means😂 We also eat it after a rainy day as it tastes best
