the conclusion from watching bobby's performance on YG party is, YG is full of intimidating people. Bobby himself is really intimidating when he do performance, but this crowd which is all the YG family members are much more intimidating.

Yes it does! YG knows who he chooses when it comes to vocals, that's why all 9 of them are there. Some may be a little better or more experienced than others but they're all still amazing. iKon will definitely do good no matter the outcome.
I wish they showed Hongseok's, Chanwoo's and Jinhyeong's backgrounds like how they did to Team B and Winner members back in WIN. I want to know more about Hongseok's story of halting his studies in college and returning to Korea to pursue his dreams of becoming a singer. He seems to be really passionate about music but they never show things like that. I also want to know about what influenced Chanwoo and Jinhyeong to change their acting career into becoming an idol. That would be so much better and fans would have a clearer idea of them when voting.

Chanwoo doesn't have singing voice like jinhyeong or hongseok. But overall package, Chanwoo is the best coz 1) his singing blends well with the rest, 2) relaxes well on stage and not awkward, 3) works hard even when he has been receiving good compliments, that's the right attitude, 4) very nice maknae, doesn't outshine his hyungs and cooperative with them, 5) he's actually handsome when he smiles. That's what i feel.. but sigh i will be sad if he doesn't end up with OT6. (Side note: secretly shipping CHANHANWOOBIN)
I don't disagree with the pros you have for Chanwoo but I feel like if he is the one added then they should have just left the group as the original Team B. He doesn't bring anything different to the group. Jinhyung and Hong Suk can at least bring a different vocal tone to the group and both speak additional languages. Since Jinhyung is the better dancer of those two I hope he will be the one to make it.
I agree with everything you said. Chanwoo didn't start out as a good dancer or singer, but he's shown TREMENDOUS improvement. Another reason why I want him to be the one added is so iKON can have that member foraging into acting like TOP does whenever the group is on hiatus. He's already a good actor, and with some polishing, he'll be even better. I want iKON to follow the same path as Big Bang, not only music-wise, but also in branching out to other things. (GD in fashion, Daesung and Seungri in hosting, TOP and Seungri and sometimes Daesung in acting, etc...) And Chanwoo will help them branch out, despite his current shortcomings. IMO, although I'm also partial to Jinhyeong, Chanwoo has the most potential.
JmeK Stan OT6 alr has different vocal tones. Ability to speak multiple languages is a bonus, not a necessity. I guess the vote for new newbies is the battle of Compatibility vs. Usefulness the member brings. I don't hate JH if he makes it. Just prefer a member that is the most compatible to and blends with iKon, not because of his usefulness.

RaspberryCheesecakie I meant that Chanwoo has the same vocal tone of members that are from the OT6 lineup. He doesn't bring in a new variety since his tone is already the same as a couple of the other members. I would argue that both Jinhyung and Chanwoo have become better dancers so both blend well with the other members. Jinhyung seems to get along with the other members just as well as Chanwoo. I think Chanwoo right now has a more comfortable appearance on stage over the other two trainees but thats it. I brought up language just because if they had more variety in language maybe that would broaden how they promote in general once they debut. It's definitely not a necessity but its an extra perk.

it would be amazing if people would stop saying the show is rigged! I believe that Chanwoo should be on IKON because considering the amount of practise that he does and his stage performance, and also his chemistry with the members. You don´t become a star just because u have a voice, u have to have the stage presence as well! Hongseok´s voice is amazing but not Team B material, or even YG. But Jinhyeong is getting better and better so that is the reason why it´s between them! because they both fit in to the groups image, but at the end it´s about who stole the peoples heart!
How can they steal the fans heart when they don't even get the same amount of air time? This is why people are saying the show is rigged. They are showing a lot of chan woo and not the other members.
Chanwoo is a singer! the only reason why everyone is mentioning that Jinhyung can sing now is just because of his chance to proof himself last week. so just because Chanwoo hasn´t had time to shine, doesn´t mean he can´t sing! The reason why he has more air time is also because the team give him more air time. if it wasn´t for the hidden camera, then it wouldn´t be "chanwoo tv" as u guys called it
Also the reality of reality tv-shows is the fact the you will not get air time if you don´t do anything interesting/sad etc

He needs to get rid of his nervousness. But just stop putting Chanwoo down because you guys feel like the show is rigged when it´s not.

It's so cute and adorable to see how they reacted and enjoyed their free-time, but somehow at the same time it broke my heart. Because it clearly shows how they have been working really hard. Their teen were spent mostly at the practice room, practicing. While other teenagers were busy playing hard and enjoying the most beautiful time of their lives. So please don't hate on my 7 precious boys anymore. They deserve what they have now :')

y'all need to remember that there will always be a "chanwoo" in every YG's groups.. that one member that seems like he/she don't stand out or seems like didn't contribute anything to the group while in fact , that group would fall apart without that one particular member.. for example: Seungri, Dara and Jinwoo.

For those who are complaining that Chanwoo's vocal is not as good as the others...well, I don't think we have ever really hear him sing. The only time he was ever given a chance to sing without MR like Hongseok (when he was first introduced) or Jinhyeong (in ep 6, elimination round)...the only time we get to really hear him sing was with music and it was during "Mercy"...I don't think that one line alone justify if he can sing or not.
***** I see it more that Junhoe wanted more lines to sing and Chanwoo is someone who lets other push him around...'cuz he's a the maknae and he is new. The instructor even asked Bobby why is the lines so unevenly distributed. At the end, Bobby still gave Junhoe all the lines while giving Chanwoo 1 line to sing. B.I during "Mercy" is actually fairer and gave Chanwoo a decent line to sing. And of course Junhoe's vocal is better than the 3 rookies overall. Bobby wants that 2nd place, he would do anything to win...thus he gave more lines to Junhoe, who wants to get as much spotlight as possible, cuz he is part of the 4 ppl who eventually have to get voted in.

Jinhyeong is still shy and Hongseok just doesn't fit. I don't think anyone hates chanwoo. I know I don't but it did piss me like crazy that he was picked over junhoe in last ep, I think that started the whole angry at chanwoo train. I believe to be ikon, you need talented singers too to support the kickass raps. I'm just one person and it seems like chanwoo is gonna win anyway.

I 100% Agree - I feel he may have redeemed himself during the 'mock eliminations ' - HE SANG AMAZING ! His vocal range is stronger . I was so Proud !
i think the korean fans chose chanwoo because he was a child actor so he has more fans than the others and because jinhyeong had a scandal and yg or anybody never said anything about it and it was just a picture of him underaged smoking and he supposedly has a reputation of being like a gangster or something but those are just rumors and nobody confirmed or denied anything yet so it is still up in the air. Yet all scandals and fans aside i just felt like i wanted chanwoo to win in the beginning because he seems way less..... odd when dancing with the rest of team b and they look like they got used to him more and he seems like he can adapt in environments well which is a big skill to have when your an idol in korea. Also since he has a lot of fans already and acting experience, so he can do solo activities in acting later on in his career if he debuts so yg will be getting a lot of money off of him (that's the business side). My side is just because i'm a dancer and i'm attracted to good dancers and i can tell if something is off so when i watch the 3 new trainees dancing, chanwoo is the best because he just needs to put more power and his singing is sweet and not powerful but that's ok because yg always has good plans with his artists (sorry for my book lol i got a little carried away)

There used to be rumours that he bullied Chanwoo and there is a video where they are playing a game and he gets quite angry and hits Chanwoo very hard. But seriously that's like the only incident I've seen. It just seemed like he had a short temper that day and his hand slipped (which is still not good and an idiot move and I hope he learned to contain himself) If you watch any videos of them you'll see all of them are very close and that Hanbin has kind of adopted Chanwoo as his son and loves him so don't worry. Those rumours are old anyway I don't think people care about it anymore

I agree that Chanwoo isn't as great a singer as the other two, but from what I saw, something which especially stood out in the first few episodes, is that he is a much better performer than them, as in, performing live on stage/in front of audiences. He looks relaxed and blends and just overall has good stage presence, while the other two are kind of stiff (they've improved immensely though). Just stating cause he seems to have gotten a lot of hate for not being as talented, but I consider stage performance a talent too.

Honestly, Chanwoo doesn't deserve all the hate that he's getting. I adore all his interactions with OT6 and although many people are saying that he can't sing I truly believe that he has potential and he can learn.
Think about all the groups out there that have members who weren't good when they started (like when fans said that Taemin couldn't sing and now he has his own solo album--> not a shawol by the way), I believe with hard work and dedication, Chanwoo can become a good singer, I mean he's only like 16. He has already shown us that he really wants to be in iKON and he has shown us that he is dedicated to improving and learning. Chanwoo still has room for improvement and that's why I'm going to be voting for him.

OT6 + Chanwoo or Jinhyung, either one is fine for me. I'm not hating on HongSeok, I just don't see him as iKON material. Like some people said before, he would probably fit better as a solo artist or in a more pop oriented group. Debuting in a group that doesn't fit his style would be a struggle for him and the others. Trying to fake a hip hop style, falling behind in the dance practices plus all the normal pressuring stuff idols have to go through every day... that's a bit too much to ask from him. He may be talented but winning would be more like a poisoned gift to him. :/ Oh and I must say iKON's fans are really funny, already bashing on each other even though our idols haven't debuted yet ^^ I love you guys, thanks to you, I think being an iKON's fan is gonna be an interesting journey x)

Like seriously, what is wrong with some of you? There are so many hateful comments, it's ridiculous. You should be SUPPORTING your favorite members, not bringing others down. If you don't like a certain member that's fine, but state why respectfully, keeping in mind that we don't know them personally. I know there are stupid/rude/unreasonable fans in every fandom, but the amount of hateful comments is huge, and some of them are top comments, meaning a lot of people agree! (There aren't as many on this video, but many in the past videos)
