I have been pretty happy with my NTS 500 ! Really like the definition of the picture. I have had mine for about a year now. Easy to download pictures to the pc and E-mail. I posted a case study either in your group or the Automotive In-cylinder group awhile back ago on a VW my co-worker was working on that had a chunk missing out of the valve that I used the NTS 500 , the picture came out really good. As always brother, thanks for all u do for industry!

I have a Teslong with that supper long cable but I found a replacement 3' side camera cable. It is quick change. No unit disassembly it replace. I don't remember the model of mine but it looks exactly like it and has 1080 resolution. At least that is what it says and the picture and video is much much better than my older Snapon unit. The buttons on this are a bit confusing for me but I don't use it to it's full extent anyway and the battery life is very good. Much better than I expected. The biggest drawback is it was made by Chinese slavery.

Wish TESLONG had auto focus built in, that would nice, even for a price premium. I agree, excellent product. 👍

The nice thing about the nts500 is that you can buy the other camera types individually that are compatible with it so you can have ones for different needs and just have 1 screen. I just found that out today. I got the one with the dual rotating camera and its way too long- i dont need a 16' cable lmao. So im gonna buy the 3' one and than im going to grab the 4way articulating one too

I think I'd try heat-shrink to help that failing braid on the articulating head

I tried, it places too much resistance for the articulating mechanism unfortunately

I have one of these and it’s pretty good. My only issue with it is that the screen has a funny quality to it - you kind of have to look at it from an angle or it’s just nothing
