HELP - I am running a single XFX RX 580 GTR-S in my top PCIe x16 2.0 slot and no matter what I have tried the PCIe link width reads as x8. While running the render test in GPU-Z, it reads as PCIe 3.0 x16 @ x8 2.0. I have tried everything I can think of and find online, neither XFX nor ASUS has provided me with additional troubleshooting options. Other cards will connect at x16 in the same slot and this card displayed the same behavior (connected at x8) in an alternate system. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Is it time for RMA #2 ???

I need your assistance. About 15 days back I upgraded my Desktop PC, with MSI Motherboard .MSI MEG X570 ACE , AMD Processor AMD Ryzen™ 9 3900X, Ram 3200 16GB, NVIDIA Graphic card GeForce GT 1030.
I have 3 nos. of M.2 PCIe 3.0x4 NVMe SSD with my motherboard.All are Samsung 970 EVO Plus, of 250GB [2 pcs] and one of 500 GB.
In one SSD I kept Windows 10 Pro x64 and in in other I kept Windows 10 HOME x64.
All my SSDs are in MBR format and BIOS is set in Mode: LEGACY + UEFI.
I am running my PC very comfortably.
But I want to run my PC in UEFI mode.
I would be grateful if you kindly help me , step by step , so that I can run my PC in UEFI Mode.
